The delivery of the new work tables was incredible. The craftsmanship is high quality. The rubber mats ordered for the top of each table arrived dirty and were very hard to get cleaned.
The partnership with your team on getting what we needed and working with us on delivery has been great. Your communication is very good too, very prompt, clear, friendly and professional.

Overall a very positive experience. My one suggestion would be to include a comparison ability for broad costing. When I was looking for a table, the number of options was intriguing, but it was very inefficient and time consuming to submit each potential option or combination of options for a specification to see how expensive they would be. That also led to a couple of various people working on my same set of orders which also led to confusion and time loss trying to update multiple people on the multiple options I was potentially looking at getting.
The folks at RDM are responsive and willing to help you get the table you want. Working with them is always easy and quick on their end. The recived table was well packaged and there was no damage to the product so far it is working well.
Their personal service stands out above the rest of the industry. They also beat the big companies in pricing and quality, for an example Fisher's cost was 18k and RDM's custom length was 8k, and 4-6wks in comparison to 12-16wks. The table worked for one day, at 4K I expected a lot more.Wires were cut wrong and touching other wires, wire nuts were used rather than something more modern (again 4K) and the nuts were at least one size too big, and they had to send me replacement parts.I was told I would get a discount, but haven’t heard anything about that.I have a maintenance tech, but why am I paying for someone to work on a table that should have been perfect.
