A chip tuner for my 2021 Himalayan.

I ordered a chip tuner for my 2021 Himalayan adventure bike. Better price and in the photo looked the same as ones double what I paid. When it arrived from China without instructions looking different from the photo I was worried, and immediately sent an email with photos of what I received. I sent the email and soon received an email back with reasurances and clear instructions how to proceed and install the chip tuner. I had lots of questions throughout the install and setup and every time had my email answers very fast, and always clear and helpful responses. My Bike is now going great, using less fuel or same but feeling more powerful throughout the rev range.Very happy to recommend this company or deal with them again. Deserve 5 stars for sure! Thank you.

Slip-on exhaust

Purchased the slip-on exhaust, honestly with very little in the way of expectations. Also, thought it was coming from overseas, so it would likely take forever and might not be of top quality. Basically, my goal was for a cosmetic upgrade, but imagine my response when the package arrived just a couple weeks later, and when i opened it, the slip-on was beautiful, felt very premium, the package contained more than I expected, and....it sounds and looks wonderful!! Over the process, I received 3 emails, checking details, and confirming shipping, etc., and when I responded, I received confirmations in a very timely manner. Really impressed, at all levels, and feel this purchase exceeded my expectations at every manner!

Bought a box of these guys for my neco…

Bought a box of these guys for my neco 125 Alexone moped well what a wait 1st you have to run in the box for 200 miles before you can Ajust the screw then you can only turn half a turn at a time and test for another 50 mile to let the adjustment settle in your bike won’t run great @ 1st but you got to keep on clocking the miles the Gigi’s who you buy the box off are always there if you need additional help 24/7 I’ve had a great experience and a roller coaster of a ride but my bike seems to have more pull of speed and you don’t need to open the throttle fully to see a difference I’ve just half turned my screw today so 50 miles of bedding in for me again now but it’s looking positive for the bike atm

Customer service was excellent

Customer service was excellent! They were very patient with me and very supportive and reassuring. I was nervous about fitting the chip tuner myself but Racext stood by me with encouragement and detailed instructions and prompt answers to my questions with even greater detail. Full marks guys. I really appreciate you. If everyone could give service like this when buying online the world would be a better place..Thankyou x 1000 Cheers David

Hostile salesman, bad faith contractualisation

I was initially interested in their motorcycle mechanics course as well, from racext.com - but I had just bought a similar product not too long ago from a different company and I was concerned about the overlaps of the two courses; so I asked about their refund policy just in case I had nothing to gain. Let's be clear, their refund policy is a feature that is publicly advertised on their website, I just wanted to know how it operated and if there were conditions to know if I could fulfill those conditions. Why? Their course outline being incredibly vague, there was no way to tell exactly if they were covering the gaps I was looking to fill. What happened. I asked 3 times about the process of they refund policy, specifying it was as a result of me being concerned of they overlaps. In complete bad faith, they refused to answer any question relating to their own policy, vaguely offered a discount (which I didn't really care about - I was asking about a clear outline and their refund policy), they decided unilaterally that I was a problem customer for asking about an aspect of their contractual offer, and projected that I was somewhat weirdly "prejudiced" (sic) - their choice of words, not mine - against them (I wasn't - I would not have entertained the idea of giving them money if I had) and blocked me. In my opinion, a company that reveals complete amateurism in its exchanges.I would stir far away from giving them any money or be very proactive with your credit card company.I see a company that has an hostile attitude towards potential customers.Who lacks transparency on their refund policy.Who lacks objectivity.Who lacks confidence in their own product.Could they have been burned in the past? Maybe, but I don't care about their traumas, I was there to purchase a motorcycle mechanics course.Buy at your own risks.

Bought a 'Motorcycle mechanics course'

Bought a 'Motorcycle mechanics course'. Cost £72. Might as well have thrown £72 down the toilet. Poorly filmed, poorly translated, the detail is almost laughable. As an example, the 'Adjusting the chain on your motorcycle' video lasted about 1 minute 30 seconds. Poorly lit in a dingy garage, and 30 seconds of that was telling you who your 'Instructor' was. The actual instruction lasted about a minute, and the bike was 30 years old, so nothing like the bikes you're likely to be riding. I found out 10 times more info for free on YouTube. I contacted the company politely requesting a refund, but was told 'We don't normally do refunds on digital products'. Not sure what 'Normally' means in this case. Then I was told I'd be referred to their manager to see if they could authorise, even though the email I got was from a manager. When I asked why I needed to deal with a different manager, I was told 'I just find new customers, I don't do refunds'. As you can guess, I never heard back from this other manager. Subsequently sent them three emails, and was ignored every time. Avoid this company like the plague.
