Fantastic pet products and toys - some of the highest quality I have had and our dog loves them.However this company is seriously fishy - watch them carefully if you do business.1) If you use a promo code -- it will show on the screen but they will charge you full price. Pay attention to your email receipt and write them for a refund -- it has been necessary for me BOTH times I placed orders.2) BOTH times I have ordered from them, they have left out products. They are listed as backordered but are never shipped. When you write to them they give you a refund but refuse to reship or credit shipping. If you do not write or forget... your probably out of luck.I don't know if they are dishonest or just sloppy but watch yourself. As much as it disappoints me I'm going to find alternatives.
