Very Disappointing Experience
What’s the point of advertising your services if no one can actually get in touch with a real person?I booked two meetings on two different days, and both were canceled with zero explanation. No follow-up. No attempt to reschedule. Nothing, this is a joke. That’s bad customer service, especially this early. If this is the experience before working together, it doesn’t inspire any confidence in what it would be like after signing on.I won’t be booking another time and will be taking my business elsewhere with one of the multiple other plays out there. You may want to seriously review how you handle prospects, because this was a complete waste of time.
