The communication between the call centers and the shops where they install/calibrate/remove the device is not very good at all. Can not get a hold of anyone in the morning. Beat price out there though.
some one didn't properly set up my installation in the computer system. when i got locked out, the tech person could not overide it due to this. it was after business hours to whatever department he needed to have assistance with. he said the update could take up to 2 days. i had to leave my car at work overnight. i did call aaa to see if they could tow it to my house, but they said they can't tow interlock cars because it could do damage, to the device or the car. the next morning i went back to my car. when i finally got a hold of someone on the phone good news the update was taken care of. but the device still had issues. it took over 2 hours, which included hold time on the phone, and talking to a tech person on the phone. they could not fix the issue. the third tech person told me i would have to tow it to a quickstart site. and i could not remove the device. or call back and schedule an appoiontment for someone to come to the car and look at it. after being on hold for another 10 minutes or so, i hung up, had family drive me down to the quickstart site. lucklily it was only a mile away. i was able to get right in. told them what was going on. he looked into my file. he asked if i had the device with me. i said no. i was told i could not remove it. he had a confused look. he said i was able to remove it for this matter because he needs to see what was going on with it. i brought the device back. what happened was after my calibration that was just a few days before, it never rest. it kept the 1/30 date. the lady who was there when i got it calibrated said that day when i was in, she had computer issues off and on. evenutally it got fixed. the first tech guy mentioned i should check to see if i can get some kind of compesnation for their mistake. i asked another tech guy this morning and he said i will have to contact the customer service department. he was the third and last person to help me. he also told me his timelimit was up on helping me with this issue. damien was his name. the second girl who tried to help me was lori. carlos was the first person i talked i talked to. he was helpful, despite not being able to do anything. he sent an email to the department to get my file updated to the correct people.

Brandon was awesome with his positive and professional work ethic and his attitude is very easy to talk to was very helpful answered every question I had and he just seemed really happy and glad that he could help me out.
Experienced with customer agent was great, very knowledgeable and ready to help. My concern was more a billing issue, life happens and there will be times financial burdens occur, i ask if Quickstart Interlock can have a better notification process to billing issues, notification text, email or customer service reps making calls to current customers, no one likes surprises and have a grace time.
Great customer service… he helped me and answered all my questions… i had a previous agent tell me that he was on the phone for 10 minutes with me and that he had to end the call… so Jair being the great service provider he is.. definitely was a breath of fresh air after a rude and ignorant phone call… Quickstart will definitely get recommendations from me based off the great employee Jair!

At first I was having a hard time situating every step I needed to go through, and thIS ONE GENTLEMEN LUIS SAVED ME!!! HE TOOK THE TIME TO TAKE ME THREW THESE STEPS AND WAS VERY GENEROUS AND RESPONSIVE EVERY TIME....I WANT TO THANK HIM FOR REACHING OUT! I LOVE HIM FOR ALL THAT HE SPENT HIS TIME AND EFFORT...
