Hidden fees and unprofessional staff at Blue Malecon & Spa – Charged $20 extra
I booked a luggage storage service at the Hotel Blue Malecon & Spa in Santo Domingo from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. I dropped off my bags at 11:30 AM and picked them up at 3:00 PM.From the start, the experience was unprofessional. The staff seemed confused and didn't really know what they were doing or how the app worked. When I arrived, they took a photo of my passport, and when I collected my luggage, they took photos of me with my bags. I explicitly asked if that was all, and they confirmed it was.They never mentioned I had to manually 'end' the booking in the app, and the app itself doesn't clarify that it extends automatically. Today, I was charged an extra $20. Customer support is non-existent. Avoid this location; the lack of training and transparency is unacceptable.

We really appreciated the luggage storage service offered by Qeepl during our visit to the Monastery of San Jeronimo in Granada, Andalusia. The drop-off address was right across the street and it was so convenient to leave our suitcases and pick them up afterwards.

We used the location 15min walk from Granada train station. The hotel staff were fantastic at drop off and pick up. We needed a taxi and they called it for us. Our luggage was in perfect condition on pick up.

I was a bit hesitant because I've never seen ads or anything on this service. I read reviews and it seemed worth a try. I did and I'm very glad. I had a futbol match to see and I was able to reach out to the person watching my luggage and let them know when I was gonna arrive and when I'd be picking it up. Just to verify eventhough I had already set the times on the app. It was very affordable and worth it! Will definitely use it again. I used it in Barranquilla, Colombia but I now see that it's all over the place and will definitely use it in my future travels around the world.

I paid for my reservation online in advance; I made a reservation on August 4 at 8:30 and relied on the map app on the reservation slip to get there, but the store is not located where the app indicates it is. I asked a nearby restaurateur, who told me that the address was about 200 meters away. When I got there, the store had metal shutters down and there was no one inside. 30 minutes of waiting and no one showed up, I asked the Carrefour clerk next door and he told me that the address was correct but that he could not help me. They called me and were very accommodating.After about an hour, I gave up and went to South Pari Arena1 to pay and drop my luggage off again near the venue, but they had already finished the volleyball match between Italy and Spain. I called several times but it was an answering machine.First of all, please give me my money back, it's 12.98€. Then I ask for COMPENSATION for the ticket wasted because I was late for the match.I regret that I have hired a terrible company. I may withdraw this comment depending on how they respond in the future, but Qeepl is a terrible company and everyone should not use them.When I tried to complain and ask about reimbursing and compensating for my ticket, the app said, “Your message has not delivered yet.” again and again. When I tried to write a review to Qeepl, the HP said, “Your review has not been reflected on the review list due to certain trouble” Unbelievable. On purpose Qeepl must have violated my sending review.
