It's rare you come across a team who takes their clients success so personally. I've had the pleasure of working with Pure Digital across a number of projects and the phrase that comes to mind is 'ridiculously efficient'. I would highly recommend Pure Digital, they are driven and hard working.
We've been a client of Pure Digital for several years now they've been a great agency to the extent to now we think of them more as a partner. Given our focus on SEM, it's refreshing to work with a scrappy, knowledgeable team who, like us, is also willing to work for performance goals. Pure Digital understands the notion of how empowering clients to succeed not only benefits the end consumer but also lends itself to greater partnership retention. From the beginning, the team was willing to grow in tandem with us, and through their leadership, we've both been able to flourish.
Ben and his team are excellent at what they do. Period. When it comes to SEM & Shopping, there is no one more strategic, detailed and granular with their approach. The result is highly efficient campaigns that perform.
So many digital marketing company out there that just worry about how much clients are spending, it's a complete shame. We researched pay per click marketing companies for a few months and decided on Pure Digital. So glad we did! We get the attention that you would expect from a small firm with advanced skills, knowledge, and tools of the largest of agencies. Very few vendors are true partners. Even though many can grow their own business by growing yours, few take the extraordinary steps Pure Digital does. First and foremost they work hard. Everybody is involved. Everybody is always testing, learning and improving. The team is dedicated, hungry and young. Here are two examples of how they went beyond what was expected.1) They camped out in our office listening to customer service calls for a week to better understand our business. We didn't ask them to do this, they did it to grow our sales. 2) They created an interactive app. They saw an opportunity to fix an issue that wasn't their responsibility, and they took action. They did it and surprised us with it. These are just two examples, and that's not even why we hired them. We hired them because they kick SEM butt. Best PPC team we have worked with in over 15 years of doing business.
My company was stuck spending a lot of money on keywords we thought should convert vs. what actually converts. Michelle looks at my Adwords daily and reports weekly on what needs to change. I am seeing higher conversions and paying much less money for them. It is very satisfying to watch my Analytics these days. I truly want to thank your company for the tremendous gains you’ve made in our SEM efforts. I must admit that I was skeptical at the onset. Your team made predictions that ended up being under promised and over delivered. My experience is usually the opposite. Early on you guys initiated a 90% change in focus to mobile and you were dead on. As a matter of fact, everything you guys said would come true, did. You guys grew our PPC leads by an unheard of number of 172% & dropped our CPL by 55%. If I didn’t live through it myself, I wouldn’t have believed it. We were paying $40.00 per lead and to be quite honest, I didn’t think our ROI was positive. Although you made us promise to give you 90 days to see an impact, we noticed a positive trend in just 30. In the past I was extremely disappointed in SEM advertising. I didn’t think we could ever get traction. I was missing the old days of radio and TV. I now feel we are on the cutting edge of the market and I look forward to our results each month.
