Still haven’t received product. Last time I received a package from you the box was so small. The bar code was wrapped around the box. My current package is lost through the system because of the way it was shipped. No blame on the post office.

I’ve ordered spirit pins and event pins for my school from PureButtons.com multiple times, and the quality is always amazing. The colors are vibrant, the images are sharp, and both the square and circle pins turned out exactly how I wanted. Uploading my artwork is simple, and they review everything before production. One time there was an issue with my design, and they fixed it for me to make sure the final product looked great.They also offer lots of size, shape, shipping, and processing options, which makes planning events much easier. I visited the site with a lot of questions and needed some clarity to understand the possibilities. I was able to start a conversation and after a decent amount of correspondence back and forth, was able to make a decision on next steps. It's rare to even get a customer service reply nowadays, let alone get the patient service I received. I'm impressed and pleased!
