I had a very good experience with puppyspot. I was very skeptical for this. I looked for and talked to many different breeders to get my new family member, and got the run around in every aspect until puppyspot. It was a great and effortless experience. I will recommend them to anyone that wants to get their next fur baby with no headaches.
Everything is good
Transporters kept me informed that they were running early, Puppy arrived happy.
I was kept updated on the transfer process, the drivers arrived earlier than originally, which was great and our puppy arrived safely and was energetic. The drivers were very courteous and professional.
My Puppy arrived exactly in the same time frame that I was given. She was put into my arms by the driver who seemed to not want to give her to me because she was so cute. The driver was courteous, polite, and I’ve done everything to keep our fluff Puppy happy on the journey. This is the second Dog we have bought from Puppy Spot. The first one was a huge Newfoundland and now we have a beautiful palm ski. We couldn’t be more delighted with Puppy Spot.
Although I was very nervous with questionable breeders this company kept me up to date and answered my questions when I asked for vet records ahead of time I got them emailed. The transport company was awesome kept me up to date and we're extremely on time. Very nice as well
If your looking for a place to find a puppy..... read this I'm not a very trusting person when it comes to doing business online and I rarely ever do reviews unless I'm really wowed..... Soooooooo here we go My experience with Puppy Spot was nothing less than Awesome from start to finish. From Jordan... (from Colorado) who took my first call and helped me find the type and breed I was looking for, to all the emails and txt messages I received keeping me informed of everything between buying and delivery. To the customer service I was given when I called, evey encounter was professional and the people kind and helpful and always took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Again, I wasn't sure if I wasted my money (who knows with online scams... right) but this company is legit.... I'm living proof. I even initially thought I would like to go pick up my puppy myself and set it up that way. But after thinking about it- it was a long distance. Soooooooo I changed my mind and called them and asked to have my puppy delivered.... No problem, they took care of that also!!! Very very very professional from stat to finish. I couldn't be happier..... Thank you Puppy Spot...... Geoff
The anxiety and anticipation of delivery was overwhelming to say the least. Your transportation team made sure to update with a new ETA. From the time I picked our new pup to all the steps in-between, very easy. Everyone was so friendly. Thank you so much for your caring services

The puppy is happy and healthy. Folks were happy to answer the phone and give me the information I requested. The puppy arrived with his immunization record. He arrived on time. He arrived with some of the kibble that he’s used to eating one request I would have is that he come with some clothing that smells of the place that he was living. I would recommend Puppyspot.
The initial contact was excellent . The sales contact from David / Utah was thorough . He explained how I would receive this follow up from Puppy Spot relevant to important matters . The important follow up from a buyer was non existent . David was my only real, effective voice in this important process of acquiring a puppy from a different state. The breeder told me what I experienced was usual from puppy spot. I drive to Indiana from Ohio to meet the Breeder … all that worked out fine and my beautiful Lab puppy is very nice. Puppy Spot needs to be more than a website with posts of puppies and a sales process . The interim communication is what makes a company effective … Puppy Spot receives a D- for this part of the equation . Puppy Spot needs to be more than what they are … . Please , puppy buyers deserve more .
I met the most wonderful person named Heather who is a supervisor & well deserved position, & can only say wonderful things about her & can say PuppySpot is so fortunate to have her representing them. Because of her wonderful personality & professionalism she has made my PuppySpot experience wonderful. I have a wonderful new fur baby from PuppySpot & would recommend them if you are looking for a new fur baby.
Delivery went well. But I still have not received my pups AKC paperwork

The whole experience was WONDERFUL..Everything went just how David said it would, from start to finish...
I reviewed the company prior and all reviews seemed very good. I do have a couple issues - 1. The puppy was “advertised” to be microchipped - however, upon a second call to the company I was informed that “the breeder doesn’t microchip.” I was told I would get a certain amount for myself to microchip - but this was not provided. I called the company who then required I put a claim in which is pending. 2. I was given no contact with the breeder - this I didn’t know anything about the living situation the puppy had been in. I asked for updated pictures as my family was excited to be getting a puppy. I got one update with no changes 4-5 weeks prior to her delivery3. When she was delivered - she was sprayed with strong perfume and was filled with knots in her fur with remnants of “cage filler” (shredded paper for bathroom absorption I assumed)4. I took her to the vet two days later and the vet informed me her distemper was not on an appropriate schedule which will result in an additional vaccine and trip to the vetThe response time for a call was quick and the puppy spot team was pleasant. However, I likely will not be purchasing another puppy from this company
I was initially skeptical but soon felt more comfortable after the follow up by both Puppy Spot and the Pet Transport service. We have a wonderful puppy who is quickly becoming an essential part of our family.
The puppy I picked does not look like the puppy I received The poor thing came to me smelling like they bathed her urine. Was told she couldn't come until 2.5lbs took her to the vet she was 2.1lbs. She also has an umbilical hernia. I am keeping her because even though I didn't pick her she is adorable and needs love. I will not be using puppy spot again. PS vet thinks the puppy pic are AI all except the video the video does look like the puppy I received .
