I placed the PuppyPads where my elderly dog habitually urinates in the kitchen and he has used them ever since.The pads are attractive, well made and surprisingly thin considering the amount of urine they can hold. I was them on a 20 minute cycle at 20 degrees. Last night he did a number 2 on a pad and it still washed beautifully.
The puppy pads are a really great product. And the laundry sheets are really nice

Arrived quickly and the puppy pads work like magic. If one of our pets go on it they are SO absorrbant they hardly feel damp. You then just wash and reuse. Genius!

Everyone is wonderful to work with answering questions quickly. The pads are constructed very well with sturdy but inviting material. The pups went to them quickly. Will definitely reorder when needed. Training material helpful s as well.
Love supporting small businesses. And this one did not disappoint. Not only was my order sent quickly but then received an email asking if I had any issues with my order. That prompted a conversation regarding house breaking one of my dogs. Very receptive and very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely order more laundry detergent in the near future.
We have two small dogs of our own and foster two others as companion dogs for elderly owners in care. We have a dog door which one, an Australian silky terrier can't use (11 years old and sight impairment) but the others can use as an exit but not always (sigh) as an exit to toileting. We dont let them out overnight as we have found that Chihuahuas can bark a little bit at nothing (cough cough). We tried 4 pads, one to each of 4 rooms the dogs used most frequently and after a week or so, while there were some accidents, the dogs used them most of the time - the girls always but the boys still doing a little bit of marking. We hose our pads down thoroughly maybe twice a week and hang them to dry (very fast). Would do every day if we only had one pad and one dog. Just ordered more for other rooms formerly off limits.
Yes. This is a great product. My dogs took to it right away. The only potty I see is if the little ones miss the pad.
In my first month of using the Puppy Pads, I needed customer service. The return email was kind and supportive. The message was clear, easy to understand and encouraging. My dog has only had one 'miss' [miss the pad] this week, so she's getting used to using the pads. Thanks for a great product.
I ordered 1 on a buy one get one free. I used them 1 day and ordered 4 more! Yes they work. No more smelly rugs, shampooing rugs, smelly floors, mopping floors for my 3 Yorkies! So again yes they really work and we are very, very happy 😊
This is a great product. It took a few weeks of placing the disposable pad on top of the reusable pad to make the switch, but now she has the hang of it.Not only is this less waste in our landfills, but it saves money in the long run. Great product for small dogs who can’t hold it while we were at work.! they wash well and are durable. I would recommend any day for dog owners.
