We are unable to use the Pulsetto as we don't have cellphone coverage at our home and are unable to download the app necessary for its use. After several weeks, we are still waiting for our return label and instructions. If you are able to use it, it sounds great.C and D in OR

If you order the device you will also be charged a monthly subscription for the app at $49 a month. They will not tell you that when ordering the device, they will just charge the same credit card you used to purchase the device after you receive it. Extremely poor customer service when trying to get information about the additional charge and get out of the monthly subscription I never asked for.
really wanted to love this device, and in many ways I do. The vagus nerve stimulation itself is genuinely impressive. After about two weeks of consistent use, I noticed improved stress levels and sleep quality. It feels like a legitimate wellness tool — not a gimmick.Here's the problem: everything is not always working.I my two months of use, three times the companion app simply stops communicating with the device. And when it does, you're not just troubleshooting a minor glitch. You're starting completely from scratch. Full re-pairing. Re-entering your preferences. Rebuilding your stimulation schedule. Going through the entire onboarding flow as if you just pulled it out of the box for the first time. The customer service response was to uninstall/reinstall the app, which I had already told them I'd tried. The second time I contacted them, it was days before anyone got back to me. For a health-adjacent wearable that people are relying on for symptom management, that turnaround is simply not acceptable.It's genuinely baffling that a company can get the hard part right — the actual neurostimulation technology — and fumble so badly on the software side. A buggy app and so-so customer support undercut what should be a standout product.If you're considering this device, go in with eyes open. The therapeutic benefits are real, but be prepared to periodically lose all your settings and spend a week in a support ticket purgatory. Here's hoping a firmware update comes before my next involuntary factory reset.
No connection. Bought my device 2 weeks ago. After taking my money and a very frustrating set I finally got through 2 ten minute sessions. But tonight after 45 minutes of frustrating attempts and trouble shooting no connection. I thought this thing was supposed to reduce stress. It just added to mine.

3 issues. Waited 2.5 months for the product. Finally arrived Feb 26 2026 but does not work even after we charged it as per manual instructions for over 3 months. Red light was blinking while charging. Unplugged it and tried turning on the button. Did nothing. Did not turn blue or green for pairing. Nothing. Cannot sign onto the app either as it is asking for a code which we do not have. Did not come in the box or on the original invoice. Also why is there no customer phone number so we can talk to someone in person. Emails are not good enough. I have already sent a complaint through the website asking for a full refund. See what they say
Got mine in December. Have been using it twice a day for anxiety (7 level). Immediately started sleeping better, because I started dreaming again!Yesterday I realized I had not taken any anxiety meds for nearly two weeks. What a wonderful thing to be relieved of my agonizing anxiety, especially in the morning!
After a year my device started falling apart
You have to buy an app plan to buy the pulsetto, and even when you cancel the app plan the next day, Pulsetto will charge your credit card months later, and then you will have to cancel your credit card to avoid future scam charges. If you like fraud charges on your credit card then buy a pulsetto!
I love my pulsetto so much, my sleep and mood are way improved when I’m consistent with it, it’s sooo easy to use, I’ve noticed it improves my HRV as well! 10/10 would recommend for anything from difficulty sleeping to mood swings/irritability!
So relaxing and helps with pain and migraines. Highly recommend.
ScamI've been waiting since Sept 2025 for my device and keep getting told it's coming. They are now billing me for the app as well.
I am using the Pulsetto nightly. I’ve not found the time to use it twice a day but usually use it for about 20 minutes at night. Mostly I’ve seem an increase in Deep and REM sleep and some reduction in times up per night. Would and have highly recommend it!!!

I haven't noticed a change with the Pulsetto. I also really do not like that you can only use via an app that must be renewed often. I have sent emails to the company that I wished to return the product to no response from them. I do not believe this product will work for me. Please contact me via email. Your prompt response is expected.
My Pulsetto stopped charging. They responded straight away. They were professional. I send them the faulty Pulsetto and i received a new Pulsetto in a timely fashion.
Haven’t received the device yet but not a fan of the free enrollment in the recurring service you can’t opt out of right away. Sad 😢
This device is a game changer for anyone with chronic illness. At least that is my experience!I have tried a few other VNS devices and truly feel a difference when I am consistent with my Pulsetto. My sleep is deeper, my stress is easier to manage, my digestion improves and my HRV increases when I am consistent.
