I would give minus stars if possible. Tech came and took 200 dollars for bringing the dishwasher part and did not return. It is 5 days now. Insists he will bring the money back. Don’t bother with this unreliable company that takes no responsibility. Totally unsafe in how they send unknowns to the house who extract money and disappear leaving your home and address exposed. Go to Thumbtack for your home repair needs; run far from puls as fast as you can.

Beware of what Plan you are signing up for
First time, nice tech came out and "oversold the plan" to reduce the cost of repairing our refrigerator by becoming a member. So we paid the fees, and he fixed the refrigerator. Two months later, it started doing the same thing. Called to find out how it worked, they said to go online to schedule. We did, and got confirmation they would be here within a two-hour window. No one ever showed up, and since they don't tell you who will, you can't call the techs. Called to find out what happened, the only answer was 'I'm sorry,' and you did your appointment wrong, so your refrigerator is not covered! This is close to a scam to get your membership, then they don't show up, no help on the backside, and we CANCELLED. Then we find out it'll cost us $60 just to get away from these people.

Service tech was prompt, service call was expensive to trouble shoot a washing machine, said it was the circuit board, I said I thought it was the door lock, he said it could be both. Tech came back the next day with parts, I asked him to leave the old parts on the dryer as a family member wanted to look at them. He was here 30 minutes and said it was only the door lock, I was happy, but was still charged $126.00 for labor for 30 minutes of work, and $146.00 for a door lock. This does not include the $90.00 service charge from the first visit. $380.00 to fix a simple door lock!
