I've returned my litterbox unused and…
I ended up returning my litterbox unused as I'd received one as a gift and was granted a refund from the company. While the litterbox did look like great quality the refund process was unnecessarily arduous. After I was approved for receiving a refund with picture proof of non-use, a stipulation I am totally on board with, I was sent a packing label to ship the box back. After not hearing back from PTLOM for almost a month I had to reach out to their support team to figure out what was going on. I felt like I was chasing my refund until it hit my bank account. I don't think I would have received it had I not emailed the company because it wasn't until I asked for an update that my refund was processed.

Love the ease of cleaning them. They stay cleaner longer and have no leftover smell. I have 8 indoor cats and they like them. I bought the first one and then ordered a second one.

My cat loves his new step-in litter…
My cat loves his new step-in litter box.I love it being stainless steel and reusable… replacing plastic totes that I had to cut a side opening. Not only was it laborious to cut the opening, but he scratched the plastic and it started to smell bad quickly.

Worth it!
We're trying to eliminate as much plastic as possible from our lives. I'm trying to buy things for life. These are well-made, sturdy, and attractive. One thing I wasn't expecting? Litter box odors are almost completely gone in the small bedroom where their litter box is. Our sifting habits haven't changed so I'm guessing the plastic was holding a lot of odor.
