Psychedelist is a light house, a beacon of hope. For many years, I was stranded in the dark, chaotic ocean of despair and agony. I called for help, but no help came. Until I saw its light. Psychedelist gave me hope, reassurance, guidance, and understanding, more than any medical doctor or psychiatrist ever did. Psychedelist gave me the tools to make me feel human again, to see life brighter, to make the air fresher. We did not meet by chance, but rather divine intervention. Without them, I’d still be a rotting corpse, soulless, dying. I may not be 100% as of now, but the path Psychedelist provided me is a path of healing, love, peace, and spirituality. Since being guided by them, I am happy to announce that I am no longer in the negatives. I am finally beginning to heal. For anybody reading this, there is hope. You are not alone. As a veteran, I’ve spent years searching for real healing and support. I tried so many things, various forms of psycho talk therapy multiple times, TMS, counseling, a bunch of pharmaceuticals, nothing worked because I needed to learn to feel again safely. After years of my service I forgot how to feel. I learned pain was weakness, I learned to push my feeling deep down. I didn’t learn what to do when those feels rose up. I tried other platforms like Psychology Today, Healing Maps, and Third Wave, but they always felt more like content hubs or generic directories. Psychedelist was different. I actually found both medicine and treatment here, and the providers I connected with didn’t just send me a form, they had real conversations with me, asked the right questions, and genuinely cared. I even found a church service through the site that helped me reconnect with my spirit and purpose. The community on this site helped me learn to feel again. I was numb from service, numb from life, and headed down a dangerous road of self loathing, edging suffering as if it was my fate. I was on 15 different pharmaceuticals.
