Purchased this item, it had an unfinished seam on one of the edges, I have emailed 4 times and had no reply, don't bother with this company.

Ordered the Med sized bed for our new…
Ordered the Med sized bed for our new pup. I was hoodwinked like others into thinking it was UK based, its not! Its USA and made in China. Ordered over 10 days ago, it is apparently in a Yodel delivery office 5 miles away and has been for 5 days. Email to company, not answered yet, their tel no is unobtainable, Yodel tel no unobtainable as reported as busy 24/7 If this is not a scam (it could well be), its service is non existent

My spaniel definitely approves !
Surprised to see some of the negative reviews!I ordered a Burrow Buddy for my spaniel a few weeks ago and honestly couldn’t be happier. The bed arrived within the expected time frame, it’s such super quality, soft and cosy, to the point my dog jumped straight in and hasn’t left it since! You can tell it’s been made with pets in mind, and the wife says it washes up really well too. It’s been perfect for this time of year with fireworks. I’ve just ordered a second one for the car because she loves it that much. Great customer service and definitely worth the wait.

Very surprised to see the negative…
Very surprised to see the negative reviews. I ordered 2 x medium burrow buddies which have yet to arrive but I messaged the company to inform them we needed them urgently and they shipped us a small burrow buddy free of charge to hold us over. This arrived within 3 days of placing the original order. The hood holds its shape, perhaps because it’s smaller but the product is soft and not at all smelly. Fantastic service.

I'll start by saying I have purchased items from here twice, each item I've received and was as expected.So why the bad review?Each time I purchased an item I used a different card and BOTH TIMES - within 2 weeks, I have started receiving fraud alerts from the bank for China/Japan. I don't buy much online and I'm very cyber security aware, I can't prove it but I'm 90% sure this company is selling card data after its sales have gone through, OR they have breaches they don't know about so customer card details are being stolen.

Great bed, service and delivery
I ordered one of these beds and then read their reviews and thought oh no! But…the bed arrived after about a week (I emailed as the tracking did not work but received an immediate reply to say the bed was on its way and it was) yes it arrives vacuum packed but it’s actually a really nice product. My dog loves it! He’s a 10kg terrier and I got a medium which is plenty big enough. So credit where it’s due - thank you proud pet owner!

10/10Not sure who loves the bed more out of me and my dogs. It’s a win win, the dogs no longer take up my whole bed, since receiving their burrow buddy they sleep all night through. Quality is also fab.

Avoid this company!!!
This company appears to be based in the uk however the delivery took almost 2 weeks.When the bed arrived it was vacuum packed into a much smaller parcel therefore the bed was all crushed. We ordered an XL bed for our vizsla. The pictures online show a domed hood to snuggle into however the hood on ours was soft but could feel that it was plastic inside the material.The website said quality guaranteed and returns if not happy.Our dog did go in it and his head hung out so I contacted them on the day of delivery to say that I would like to return.It took 4 days to reply and they wanted to get more details. At this point I explained that it was too small as our dogs head hung out.They didn’t reply with the address to return to and so I followed up a 4 days later. They replied to say as the bed had been used they wouldn’t accept the return.Very frustrating and expensive for something that we can’t use!

I saw the advert for their dog burrow…
I saw the advert for their dog burrow beds on Facebook and ordered, expecting a quality product. The bed itself arrived vacuum packed so impossible to put back into the packaging it arrived in. The bed does not hold up, so the bit the dogs should burrow into just flops. Neither dog would go onto the bed. I immediately emailed customer support and will await their reply. The fact their return policy means you have to await a response and only then, if the agree, you get a return label is scandalous. I note they also need the return in the original packaging, impossible when they've sent it vacuum packed. For the price you expect a quality product and packaging, the website is all glossy and bares no resemblance to what you get, which looks like a cheap Chinese import. I hope I get my £44 back. A complete rip off if I do not. Stay clear, wish I'd read the reviews first!

Was kept informed by email of delivery expectation. The burrow bed arrived, quality good, the bit where they "burrow" is a little soft so it collapses on top of the dog, I thought from the pictures it would be more rigid but on the whole not a bad purchase

Burrow buddy beds (19/12/2024)AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!I gave one star for my first order of two beds, which was somewhat satisfactory, however my second order of an additional bed was nothing more than a SCAM!!!The second order was not as advertised, the design and colour differed greatly.The quality was absolutely shocking, utter rubbish and a waste of money, beyond disappointment to say the least.Customer services were dishonest, awful and unhelpful,they put the blame onto their suppliers.The item should have been withdrawn from sale immediately, rather than misleading customers.Bad business decision!Customer services reply: ‘Unfortunately, we were let down by our supplier, who sent us a shipment of stock in the wrong shade of coffee. Due to the time constraints involved in waiting for a new shipment, we had no choice but to use the current stock to fulfill orders. We completely understand how this may not meet your expectations’I would not recommend this product or company, avoid!Don’t be disappointed, don’t buy!

Wish I’d discovered this bed sooner!
As any dog parent would know, we’ve been through our fair share of dog beds over the years, however 12 months ago I purchased the “Burrow Buddy” after seeing it advertised online, and to say myself and the dogs LOVE it would be an understatement. After the horric weather we’ve had this year this bed has been a safe haven for my girls. So much so I’ve purchased another and recommended to everyone I know. Thanks Proud Pet Owner. All the best

Not a uk made company
This company masquerades as UK but I've realised that the shipment is coming from Shanghai as the tracking info shows. I ordered it well before Christmas for my dogs and had to chase when it would arrive and very disappointed as I thought i was buying from a UK made company. Update: one bed arrived after 3 weeks of waiting and had to chase the second bed. Although they are very quick to respond which is good, they didnt have a sky blue bed to replcae the missing one and so sent me a coffee coloured bed within a few days. So the service was ok, however from start to finish my order hasnt worked out as expected, i waited 3 weeks and only received one bed and then the missing bed they sent was the wrong colour. SO in all not an expereince i would repeat. The only compensation is that the beds are at least good quality but the roof of the large bed doesn not stay up and is as flat as a pancake! not good all around and i wont buy again.

Crap, I too have ordered before coming here. I ordered a dogbed. I've been sent a shipping email but there is no record of it. I will have lost money but hopefully no-one else does if they read here first. Smacks of scam!

Dreadful company
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Over two weeks since ordering and dog bed still hasn’t arrived! Tracking number that I was sent doesn’t exist! Doesn’t look like my order will arrive so clearly a scam company. Do not order from them!

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Not even worth one star but had no choice , we ordered an extra large bed which came vacuum packed so had to open it completely before we saw the bed, which was flat and had no lift so my dog was unable to get inside with out our help , no zips to remove the cushion so would be hard to wash it ,the cushion was all bumpy and uncomfortable . when we emailed them with our concerns they came back and said XL beds lay flat , we cannot return as it was on a Black Friday deal ,that’s convenient they have deals all the time so basically you cannot return ,even though our bed is faulty as sold as a igloo style bed but comes all flat. Also says on the website that all returns to be returned in original packaging which is impossible as it’s all vacuum packed. Sent 2nd email with these concerns as our bed is faulty and they ignored us . There is nothing on website that says the XL bed is flat it’s advertised as an igloo style .Terrible company isn’t even based in England , complete liars AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS we are gutted I was looking forward for this bed now it sits in the spare room in the corner unable to use .. disgusting customer service, they get your money then they will change there name .. shame on you , let’s hope something can be done about these back street sellers ….

Had a bed delivered this afternoon
Had a bed delivered this afternoon, what a total waste of £55,not even a zip to remove inner for washing, the roof part has zero structure so lies flat, the inner cushion is all lumped together, in all it's hideous, to return you have to have it in same bag you recieved it in which is impossible as it comes vacuum wrapped, save your money if your thinking on buying from here, I wish to hell I had, it's just awful

Don’t buy
Website looks like a uk company but they seem to be just a middle man. I ordered a dog bed from them which took 18 days to arrive. The only communication I had from them after I emailed them was practically illegible as the text was overwritten.The parcel had 3 different postage labels on it … china to the uk address of Proud Pet Owner and then mine on the top. The bed itself is cheap and smells odd with an oily feel and the fur is shedding everywhere. I think if I wash it it might fall apart.There is no label on the bed to comply with regulations and no washing instructions. Steer clear of this company.
