I ordered a dress online from Prom Headquarters and within the next 24 hours my order was reviewed. Unfortunately, the dress I had ordered didn't come in the correct size I needed. A representative was very helpful over the next few days helping me determine an alternative dress that was in my size, the right color, and the right style. Communication was clear, consistent, and kind. (The representative reached out over phone the first couple of times to discuss options until texting was a better option. I greatly appreciated the initial phone call to start the conversation.) Any questions I needed answered were handled accurately and even additional advice was given for my dress. Eventually, we found a dress I liked and it was ordered with not issues! An amazing experience!

Diana could not have been more helpful tracking down the dress that my daughter fell in love with. She was so thorough with her attention and even had me send pictures of my daughter in the dress so she could see the fit. I cannot say enough about her care and her love for making people happy. Just received my daughter’s senior prom dress (Alyce Paris) direct from the designer and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the dress and the amazing customer service from Kaylin! The original dress my daughter picked was out of stock, but Kaylin contacted us immediately and really went above and beyond to show us other options that were of similar style and beadwork. Ultimately, we picked a winner and this dress is even more stunning than the one she chose originally! I was charged for an out of stock item that never arrived.
I was supposed to receive a tiara on December 7th in San Antonio for a dear friend's 60th birthday party. Instead of receiving it on time, I called Prom Headquarters only to find out what was happening to my order and was told that PH was out of stock in the item. I had to scramble and find a tiara elsewhere when I was in another city without a car. If you are out of stock in an item, you should let people know up front (it should not be available online). I thought it was in stock and you charged my credit card for it. I've received my refund, but this whole situation could've been avoided and I would've purchased something else from PH.
