Great company to deal with. I bought an Epiphone ES335 from them in October 2025. Not only was it up to £30 cheaper than Thomann or Gear for music, but it arrived well protected and packaged. It included a free set up and was posted at a day of my choosing. I also received follow up emails ensuring i was happy with the guitar. Very impressed. Cannot recommend highly enough
The best online guitar retailer I’ve ever dealt with.I recently purchased a really nice blue flower Japanese fender guitar. Because of my location overseas- I had an issue with WiFi access. This resulted in 1 failure trying to purchase- however these gents kept the guitar on hold until I managed to make the purchase.It arrived perfectly set up and had a really quick delivery.Great communication with the sales team.Thank you.S
Great music shop in Exeter City Centre. Spent a few happy visits browsing, bought a strat copy a few weeks ago which I am pretty happy with, staff always patient and helpful and willing to let you browse at your leisure. Will chat with them about Epiphone Les Pauls later this year, subject to my own financial situation at the time. Possibly the best guitar shop south of Bristol?
I Purchased an Eastman t486 semi acoustic guitar from project music,very pleased with the purchase it was set up to perfection a salesman and a company director ensured I would receive it the next day as this was my special requirement.Small hiccup with case but was soon sorted .My only complaint would be whilst during a telephone conversation at several times if I was asked if I was happy and satisfied with my purchase.I would definitely buy again from project music having spent with them over the last three years approximately £4500 which says it all how satisfied I am in dealing with project music.
No replies to emails about an order. Clearly they don't recognise that customers actually keep them in business.
