I ordered a lamp that I was not happy with the quality. The printing was very light, so much so that you really couldn't see the album images. I contacted the company and they initially responded, but when I asked the steps on how to make a return they did not respond. I sent several emails and heard nothing. Waste of money.

The product seems nice enough, but the customer service is absent. Had a dispute about an order that was received well past the promised date. Trying to navigate connections between Printnest, PayPal, and customer is a nightmare. In the end, only a lot of wasted time, no resolution. Lesson learned, buyer beware when the seller provides no direct customer service phone number.
I bought a Springsteen sherpa/blanket for my Jersey girl, and she loves it. Very comfy. When the postal service erroneously delivered this to the wrong address (in the wrong state — not Printnest’s fault), Printnest immediately sent me another one, at no cost. Customer service was very responsive. I plan to buy from them again.
An ad popped up on Facebook called Printness. I ck'd for legitmacy online and it got good reviews so I thought it was trustworthy. I placed an order and it popped up twice on my credit card. I called Printness and she said I was scammed. They do no sell directly to the public. The only way they sell is to distributors. She advised me to call bank and cancel orders which I did.
Received my lamp today, very disappointed, very very cheap materials, and the lamp shade was broken, very damaged on one side and bent out of shape. This was supposed to be a birthday present and I don't have time now to get either another one shipped or get another present. Update - the Company has offered to send a replacement and fast track the delivery for free for me. If I get a new unbroken one soon, I will update my score. The customer service were very good.I got the below reply from another Company, but not sure what its about. I didn't link in with this Company through social media, and the website I used contained links to customer service, who got back to me and replaced my lamp with a new one.

I ordered 2 personalized shirts and received them both fast. Unfortunately 1 came with the wrong word on it. I messaged the company and they responded extremely fast and got the correct shirt shipped out the next day. Great quality shirts and very nice customer service!

I ordered two jerseys and I was a little skeptical at first but they both turned out the way I wanted it to . It was easy to customize myself and easy to order. But it takes time to get delivered. Definitely would recommend
