I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS THAT I ORDERED 8TH FEBRUARY 2026 ORDER #PS9744£34.11 AND WHICH WAS BANK THE VERY NEXTDAY.I DID CONTACT THEM AND LEFT A MESSAGE AS ABOVE AND WAS INFORMED THAT SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITH A REPLY.

Their address label rolls may be cheaper but they don't stick properly to the outside of packages. They just start peeling off as soon as you apply them.

Swift delivery but excessive packaging. Love your colourful logo but not needed on every item. Previous companies we've used, have not individually boxed every item, as you have with your label rolls. These could be packaged to arrive together in a single box, especially when sending a bulk quantity. Good item regardless though.
Unable to supply labels and ink so refunded both items. Prompt refund so 2 stars rather than one!

Package was sent to my order when I informed support immediately when. I realise that the address was still my old residence got a response from support they hard change the shipping address but still my order ended up in my old address...
I didn't receive my order. I have contacted the email address given to remedy the problem (three times) but haven't had a response,An unhappy customer,I wouldn't recommend
