needed glossy labels..
needed glossy labels... tried on line. no good. tried calling .. no good... finally emailed with all the information. Got email with invoice quote.. did not have correct address even though it sent it. Needed to change Credit Card, that took another time to do

Loved the Process, Not the Back-Order Surprise
The process itself was super simple, which I appreciated. That said, it was frustrating to find out the printers were actually on back-order after the website showed them as in stock. Having to run my card a second time was inconvenient and a bit annoying. Other than that, everything went perfectly.
