They were able to find me a driver for the next day after the other company I booked with still hadn’t found one for me in 5 days. The picked up and shipped it the same day they were friendly and fast Zara Kevin did a great job with getting my what I needed at a price that was affordable to me
I wouldn’t have my worst enemy work with this “company”. Quoted one amount, and the day of shipment was told it would be more than double the original “contract” amount. They lure you in with a fake total cost and then the amount balloons once the driver shows up.Whole thing is BS for your deposit money. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and California AG.
Scammers , lots of excuses and no delivery , ICE should be paying them a visit as it verry sketcky of a company
SCAMMERS!!! After extensive communication thru texting they found a carrier to move a vehicle from Texas to my state. All the text GUARANTEED!!! $1245 NOT A PENNY MORE!! COD! After vehicle was in transit, the broke tried soliciting a $100 tip, ABSURD! when the driver unloaded at the dealer the drive was told to collect $1500, The carrier was under the impression that the broker and I were under agreement , I did NOT!! pay a penny more then the agreement and then came the threats and harassment from Prime Carship to pay or else, even declaring we hand a contract, There was NO contract! Had to block them. Stay away from this broker, the carrier was great!!!
Absolutely the WORST!Scammers the lot of them. I was quoted $1795, confirmed in writing MULTIPLE times that the quote was all-inclusive and the pricing/amount would not increase when my motorcycle was delivered at port. Not only was this not all-inclusive (I spent weeks getting my motorcycle crated and then shipped to Colorado Springs from Aurora) they also sent me a final bill of $3995 for just shipping! They are SCAMMERS!! STAY AWAY!!!
They took my deposit and and kept it after I cancelled the pickup of the vehicle. They said they would refund my money they have not. When they gave me a price for the job the tried to change it when they called to tell me the was ready to be picked up and then had the nerve to say it's only money yes it is mine!!! Classic bait and switch. They are not to be trusted said they would refund my money in 3 days it has been a week and 3 phone calls nothing but the the run around but it is only money right now that they have it find another shipper I am WARNING everyone!
My son is active duty Air Force stationed in North Dakota. I got a great rate from this broker. But of course to good to be true. They did not pick up car on agreed upon date & I've yet to here back from them for a reschedule or about getting my $100 deposit back. I did read the contracts fine print and as written in the contract Im well with in my rights to get my money back. Now when I call no one answers, no response to text message or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if looking to ship a car!!! I would give it a 0 rating if I could!

Contracted with Prime Carship LLC to move a pick up from NC to NY, Robert quoted $400 but then couldn’t find a driver for the amount quoted, said driver was asking for more and he was negotiating. Never got a driver & said he’d refund my deposit on 3/26. After several days of no refund, I asked for an update and was sent a pic on 4/2 of a refund given on someone else’s account. I let Robert know that account/person was incorrect, not my name, and haven’t had any response since 4/2. Still waiting for refund! I also found out my vehicle transport was posted on the board for drivers for $800, not the $400 I was quoted by Robert. Ended up having to find another transport company and now going thru my credit card to dispute the charge from Prime Carship LLC. Be careful using this company!!!

Prime Carship is excellent! The agent, John Baker, made sure everything went smoothly. My automobile was delivered on time, with a professional staff, and in great condition, John’s customer service is second to none, I will be defiantly using Prime Carship in the future.
After doing my research I decided to use Prime Carship to send my car from New York to Bradenton Florida. The attention given to what and when I needed to have the car there was taken care of in a timely manner. The communication between Robert, myself and my daughter where the car was going was fantastic. The car was in perfect condition at its arrival. I will definitely use them again and definitely refer them to anyone I know who needs auto transport. Prime Carship and Robert has made this a very pleasant experience
