This was such an easy process. Prime Parcel got me a lot more money for my land than so many offers I had received in the past. I would highly recommend working with Prime Parcel if you are looking to sell property.
Worked with them as the buyers agent for a piece of land that they had listed. Very easy to work with and very quick to respond. Looking forward to working with them again.
This was my first and only experience with a novation arrangement and I started out a bit skeptical but my experience with Prime Parcel was excellent. Brent and Scott were remarkably patient and understanding, reliable and true to their word. This did exactly what they represented they would do and the process moved smoothly and was all wrapped up much sooner than anticipated and without so much as a minor glitch. Bottom line is that, based on my own experience with them, they have my full endorsement and unequivocal recommendation. 👍🏼
Hi, I would like to say that this company contacted me about this property. They were honest and straightforward about the whole process. Im a widow, and with the sale of this property I was able to pay some debts off that had incurred from my spouses death. I can relax now without anyone hanging over my head about bills. Prime was exceptional to work with. They had my land sold to a qualified buyer in the time line we agreed to, and for the price we agreed to. They took care of every detail and made the process seamless. Would refer them to anyone wanting to sell.
After receiving numerous inquiries to purchase our parcel of land over the past year, we were contacted by Prime Parcel. What set this company apart, was their genuine knowledge about the value of the land. Other offers made were typically much less than what we considered to be reasonable. Prime Parcel actually asked what price would be agreeable for us and they delivered.

I did not use Prime Parcel to sell land. I'm actually a buyer. Scott Stevenson was representing the buyers. Scott was very professional and communicated well. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner, both by text and phone. It's nice to see that there are still people who do what they say they're going to do. His hard work and professionalism allowed us to close on the property we purchased in Tennessee in less than 30 days.
Selling our property with Prime Parcel went extremely smoothly! We were surprised by how easy the process was, and felt the purchase price we were offered was very fair compared to a lot of the other offers we received.
I purchased a 4.8 acre lot in Monterey. Tennessee in October 2000. I fully expected to build a home for my retirement. As often happens, those plans changed. I then planned to leave the property to my nephew and niece whose Mother owned the property adjacent to my land. Then I received a letter from Prime Parcel proposing to purchase my lot at a very attractive offer, based upon further information about the Cumberland Cove development. I contacted Scott to learn more about their offer, and I wanted to know more about Prime Parcel Real Estate. I was thoroughly impressed with their approach, truly brilliant, land, and after a bit more negotiating, I signed a contract that allowed them about five months to locate a buyer. I was thunderstruck when I was notified that they had found a buyer in less than a month’s time! A true pleasure from the initial letter through the saled transaction, and a welcome deposit into a CD - to be used for some home repairs and a lot of travels abroad. I’m happy to give a Triple A rating —from a retired lady who had no clue how to sell Tennessee property while living in California.

As an agent, working with investors on the other side can always be initially scary. Prime Parcel was an absolute gem to work with. They were communicative and made the process super smooth. We even had a hiccup where one of the parties in the transaction died, and it was STILL a smooth process. 10/10
