Today I called Premium Parking in…

Today I called Premium Parking in regard to a parking fine I incurred in December 2025. I had paid the fine shortly after receiving it, but, apparently, the check was lost in the mail. Kimberly was able to help me pay the fine online, waiving the late fee and treating me with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Thanks to Kimberly the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Very thankful for my experience talking to Customer Service with premium parking. I talked to Ryan on the phone and he led me through how to get a refund without any issues or hiccups. Ryan was very patient and friendly through the whole ordeal. Thanks a lot.

I wont park in Premium Parking.

Parked in Chicago in freezing tempertures near the bus terminal. The payment machine wouldn't work. Frozen? Appealed. They just increased the ticket. I will avoid Premium Parking and park at a competitor's lot.

I actually go a ticket but the rep helped

I actually go a ticket but the rep who helped me at 4:45 am walked me through how to dispute, and validated my ticket through the original timeframe I scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised because most parking lot companies don’t even have customer service outside of normal business hours. Thanks Leo! 🙏🏽

The refund check is in the mail - 4 months & no check yet

I have experienced lie after lie over the last 4 months trying to get a refund on an overcharge of a parking citation in a spot that was not clearly marked as requiring payment for parking. Even speaking to several supervisors claiming the check is in the mail - hasn't been received yet. I've not found this to be a trustworthy company.

Customer Satisfaction

I had a problem with duplicate charges and after the 3rd phone call, I finally had a customer support person that was knowledgeable and assisted in getting my problem resolved. Premium Parking

I somehow ended up with 2 accounts (email & mobile). I had to edit the tag number on one of my reservations (email) and was unable to locate the reservation. The associate who helped me, Cynthia Alagao, was awesome. She was professional, courteous, and more than helpful. Her explanations were succinct and easily understood. Please extend my most sincere thanks to her for her assistance today. I wish all customer service representatives would be as helpful.

I received an invoice by mail

I received an invoice by mail. My parking fee was paid prior to exiting rather than on entering the convention center. Spoke with Kimberly who was both informative and courteous. Her instructions for appeal and means to access the website were very clear and well articulated. The value of customer service was well represented by Kimberly. I am thankful for her aassistance.
