We had an overall smooth experience…
We had an overall smooth experience with Pool Town. We were assigned to different phases during the pool development process and everyone we communicated with was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Our pool was started in early September and was completed by the end of October so we have not had the opportunity to actually swim in it yet. However, we look forward to enjoying it next year with our family!

My experience with Pool Town was absolutely incredible each and every employee did their job diligently. I was very well informed that each phase of this project, Billy Briana, Alexa, Halle, Gina, Karina, Sandy, and Leesa did incredible work. I am happy with the end result of my pool and everyone that helped me along the way I would highly recommend Pool Town

Pooltown
Pooltown built my pool and it was wonderful and professional service from sales through construction. I had no worries and was able to just leave the project in their hands. Everything came out beautiful and we are so happy and satisfied. The biggest concerns for me was the planning, the permits, and having to find all the people to do the various parts of construction and with Pooltown everything was taken care of for us. I highly recommend Pooltown for building the pool of your dreams.

Pool town got the job done
Pool town got the job done! The process is a major construction project so of course there were bumps along the way but pool town always made sure that the issues got handled and fixed. At the end there were some issues with my township and pool town helped me out and made sure they got the township what they wanted. Now we have our dream backyard oasis. We couldn’t be more happy with our pool!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Pool Town! Living in North Jersey, we had plenty of pool companies to choose from—but based on recommendations and cost, we decided to go with Pool Town, and we’re so glad we did.From the initial consultation to the final touches, they were professional, organized, and incredibly communicative. Every step of the process—from design and construction to installation—was handled with care. Even when we had a few minor setbacks (which are to be expected with a big project like this), the team addressed them quickly and in a very professional manner.Everyone we interacted with provided excellent customer service and made sure we felt informed and supported throughout the entire build. The quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself—we absolutely love our pool and are so happy we took the plunge with Pool Town.If you’re considering a pool, definitely give them a call. Highly recommend!

Overall we had a great experience with…
Overall we had a great experience with Pool Town. They are very organized and the different phases they have in place, allows you to keep track of the work and anticipate what is coming. Everyone was very responsive to questions and or concerns that I had during the process. They adhered to the schedule as promised. The part that took the most time was getting the town permits, which Pool Town does not have control over. I would certainly feel comfortable to recommend Pool Town to others who are thinking of "splashing" into their own pool.

New Pool Install
Signed on for my in-ground pool project in July, construction started in early September and everything was completed by mid October! The process was well organized. The staff at Pool Town handled the paperwork with my township for permits and coordinating all the days work would be completed at the house. I am very happy with the finished product and would recommend to anyone looking for an in-ground pool!

I tried several local pool companies and Pooltown actually came out to house to go over options. Went over pricing and made selections.a little more time should have been provided with yard design. Pool turned out great.

We love everything about our new pool
We love everything about our new pool! It was amazing to watch this progress in just a few months. From the excavation crew, to the installers and office staff — everyone we worked with at Pool Town was super friendly and kept us informed at every step. We hit a few bumps along the way but everyone worked together to resolve it as quickly as possible. The end product speaks for itself and we look forward to summer memories for years to come!

Great Pool Builder
We had a wonderful, easy-going experience with PoolTown when they built our beautiful pool during the summer/fall of 2023. Their staff and contractors are very skilled and they have a good process in place to notify customers on each step of the process. Leesa DeSimone has been very helpful. She returns calls and emails almost immediately. I am glad I selected PoolTown to build my beautiful pool. I definitely recommend this company and you will get a fair price and a pool with many included options. Thank you PoolTown !!

Pool Town has been by far the easiest company I have ever worked with. I have not a single complaint about them or the way they handle the entire pool process.
