Exactly what the previous reviewer said. I bought in June of 2024. At first, the company was responsive via email. There is no other way to contact them and that should have been my 1st red flag (nor is there a company address). They even sent me a replacement part when the pole was not functioning. After two months, communication ceased. Even God cannot get them to respond. Money wasted.
WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT BUY from this website! Their products are faulty, you can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone for customer service. You can only email, they do not do exchange or accept returns, if you open the box even if you see that all the pipes on the pole are scratched. It’s been almost 3 weeks trying to get replacements and I have to send it pictures and videos and still nothing. Bad Business! Go to Amazon and you can get the same quality probably even better for half the price! Trust me I did my research! Plus the returns are turn around one day with amazing not like this company! STAY AWAY 😩
