My heater element was not working properly and Diana stood with me in real time helping me troubleshoot & when all else failed, she immediately had a replacement ordered and received and is at 100% and grateful to know that this company and their employees are top notch!
I’ve been using my sauna pod 5-7 days a week since I got it 5 months ago. I love it! The mounting clip give me a little issue over time and I reached out. Alex, the service representative, was very prompt, professional, friendly and sent a whole new heater for the trouble. Great product, great company, great people!
I think the sauna is a fair product. The material is well made and robust as well as the frame. Compact and fits in a small room if needed. Has a little pocket inside for a water or towel and the lighting is a pretty nice feature. Why I gave this product a 3 instead of a 5 star is that the sauna pod will only get to about 178ish degrees with a blanket over it. I shouldn't have to throw a large heavy blanket over my sauna that advertises 185 degrees. Also if you have hard floors that are somewhat cold that will also be a problem because the bottom is not insulated. Also sauna hat was kinda nasty, dont want to get into that. Also the chair is itchy. What I would like to see change is a insulated floor, something to reach higher temps without a blanket, a insulted pocket for a phone and a drink, a wooden chair made on canadian hemlock (wood that is used in saunas) and a add on option for a redlight therapy light. Also something I would buy is a wooden plank that I can hang to spray essential oils on.
Can't say enough about Diana's patience with me. Thanks for being so accommodating to my unique situation and calmly guiding me through my own skepticism. I don't really have anything negative to say other than maybe the shipping was a little slow, but beggars can't be choosers! Thanks again.

Great sauna! It works as advertised. It heats up pretty quick and does a good job of maintaining temp. I have it in my garage so when its cold it has a little trouble getting above 170 but that is to be expected with this setup.
I have used a traditional wooden Finnish sauna for years and I did a lot of research about smaller “portable “ saunas before reaching out to the Pod Company. I felt the sauna pod best fit my current needs as I don’t have a lot of space and I plan to move within the next year. When I made my inquiry to the Pod Company, Elene was the representative I began to converse with. Elene was patient and fully answered my questions. I ordered the Sauna Pod and the Long Pod with accessories and, when I had an issue with the shipping company, Elene immediately stepped in and resolved the problem. No hesitation or hassle, just immediate attention and action. What more can you ask? Try thanks to Elene and hats off to the Pod Company for making costumer service a priority. And, I love the sauna. Waiting until the chiller becomes available in Europe before I set the long pod up.

We have looked at adding a cold plunge for a while but wanted to make sure it would work with our budget and the fact that we are renting. We looked at quite a few options but were super impressed when Ashley from the Pod Company reached out via text and offered to answer any questions. Ashley had experience setting up an outdoor plunge in a warm weather area and was able to give us some good tips as well as help us identify things that would make our experience better. It was really helpful and we are hopeful that when the scorching summer heat comes we’ll still have a very chilly cold plunge to use.
We love our Long Pod cold plunge but we love the customer service even more.
Elene was AMAZING during my purchase experience! I had some questions regarding my purchase and Elene was quick to respond back. Not only that, but I missed the promotional purchase and she was able to take care of me! I’m in the testing phase of this sauna (both my wife and I are active duty military) and we are using it almost daily. Can’t wait to drop the full review!!!
