I ordered a down pillow that is unusable, the very thin feathers poke out of the pillow on night 3 and feel like needles on the skin, they're all over the pillow surface. I left a 1 star review with multiple pictures and NOBODY cared to contact me, and of course the review was never posted. I will never purchase from them again. The pillow in question costed $130!!!! a complete scam.

We ordered the botanical bliss mattress which I give a 4 star review only because we have had it a month and do not know the longevity of the product but at this point in time I am happy. I decided to order a pillow for my son for his birthday because the pillows we got with our mattress are wonderful. I receive the pillow and it is nothing like the ones we got with the mattress. I checked the label and it was not latex but gel and memory foam. They don't even sell it on their website! The price was something I couldn't ignore so I got in touch with customer service. I give them 5 stars for correcting the problem. I was sent the correct pillow and was told to keep the first one. Please check the tags that are attached to ur pillow because I feel someone in their warehouse is doing some slim shady stuff. I am hoping they have an investigation going. If not they need to. Something like that could ruin a companies reputation. Date of experience is around that time.

I mistakenly double ordered a mattress because I did not see confirmation of my original order which was being sent to my promotional folder. I was fortunate enough to receive Irma as my agent when I called. She was extremely patient and helped me sort through what I would need/prefer in a bed. She allowed me to take my time and offered suggestions as I went through my orders. I really enjoyed talking to a human being instead of AI, but I suspect Irma is also an exceptional agent. 🙏🏾

The customer service rep Irma was incredible. She followed up to help trouble shoot a vacation hold for fedex - long story but it was a complex matter and she stuck with it over the course of several days and helped us resolve the problem with FEDEX. Way above and beyond.
