I placed an order for a faucet, they charged my credit card immediately, and not faucet for over two months. I tried to cancel the order 4 weeks ago, but no return on my payment. the faucet just arrived they said they would take it back as a return with a $200+ restocking fee.
They took my order and payment but I never recieved my items. Attempts to chat with someone there were ignored. Had dispute it with my credit card company. This place is a scam. Stay away.
I placed an order for kitchen faucets and bathroom sinks, which were on back-order. When they still did not appear long past the estimated shipping date, I had to cancel my order. That was more than 6 weeks ago and my cc account has still not been credited. Numerous phone calls and emails, all promising prompt action by their accounting department. NOTHING!
I placed an order for a sink; they assured me 2 were available. Much later, I learned that they could not ship the product. I was promised a refund. Weeks later, it has not arrived. I called them; a woman said she was "submitting" a request to find out the "status." I worry that this is a corrupt company. Beware, customers.
I placed a simple order in mid-July 2025. It has not arrived mid-September 25. I called 2 weeks ago and was assured it would be sent and was stuck at FedEx. They said they would call me back with update. Total silence. Tried to call again, but after wait call is dropped. My order 77051350. I won't be doing business with them again.
I received part of my order. They actually shipped us two soap dispensers!! We are still waiting on the faucet. I think it’s due at the end of September but I haven’t received any correspondence since the initial purchase months ago. I would Ike to have an idea when to line up that plumber, so I hope to hear from ya all soon!

I needed to replace the cylinders in two Newport Brass faucets. I was unable to find any local supplier, so I contacted both the manufacturer and Plumbing Overstock. Plumbing Overstock had significantly lower prices, and free delivery to boot. There was a slight delay in shipping my order, but I still got the parts a week sooner than the manufacturer's stated two weeks (!). This is a legitimate supplier and I would definitely buy here again.

This website is most likely a scam. They show product as available and then do not ship for over a month.
I ordered what I thought was a complete assembly of a pump soap dispenser for my kitchen counter. This item is a high-end product from Newport Brass so I was looking for a sale. Plumbing Overstock offered the item for a significant discount--or so I thought. It was only after I ordered the item was it apparent that Plumbing Overstock is not really an "overstock" outlet. Rather, I was told that the item needed to be orderd from the manufacturer then shipped to me. This is what is called a drop shipment. So, its very name-"Overstock"-was misleading boarding on deceptive. The order took a very long time to ship and receive. I opened the package and only the pump dispenser itself was shipped. The counter assembly and the plastic soap reservoir was missing. Upon inquiry, I was told that I had ordered the replacement pump dispenser as noted in the title. I informed the company I based my order on the picture displayed which showed the entire unit consisting of the pump dispenser, the countertop assembly and the reservoir. They woud not take ownership for displaying the wrong picture thus misleading the customer. They said my only option was to return and that their would be at least a 25% restocking fee. Acually it was closer to 30%. The refund itself was a long time and I had to follow up several time. So, the website is drop-ship; not overstock. The item photo was incorrect misleading me to order it. The overall time from when the order was first place to receipt of only a partial refund was more than 2 months. Clearly, not customer friendly and I will not order from them again. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I ordered from a different online vendor and received the correct item within a week.
