Terrible experience with Parcel…
Terrible experience with Parcel Insurance Plan! I paid for package insurance only to be met with complete negligence and disregard. At first, the company responded once a week, dragging out the process. After waiting two months, I finally received a ridiculous response claiming that I had personally visited their office and confirmed that I had neither sold nor purchased anything. This is a blatant lie! I have all the necessary documents proving my insurance purchase and the shipment of my item.Parcel Insurance Plan creates the illusion of protection but does not fulfill its obligations. If you expect compensation, forget about it. Their promises are worthless. I plan to escalate my complaint to higher authorities so that companies like this stop misleading people.Do not insure anything with Parcel Insurance Plan—it’s a complete waste of time and money!
