Worked with Bri Fanning and she was super professional, helpful and responsive! Answered all my questions and help me navigate the questionnaire clarifications. Getting away from expensive group life insurance and was able to find an affordable replacement that fit my needs. Very happy with the outcome!

Finding reasonable insurance, being a pilot, was made easy by contacting PIC. The other insurance companies wanted a waiver for being a pilot, or had huge rate increases. PIC has reasonable insurance for being a pilot.

From the beginning of the process everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I personally had an issue with getting in to sign and the agent was patient and tended to my problem, fixed it and allowed me to get the coverage I wanted. I highly recommend them

Overall really responsive and usually good to answer questions, specifically Brianna and Kris.I won’t mention names to save face out of respect, but the only concern to not give 5 stars is that customer service reps are not the most helpful with giving clear explanations and compassionate answers to questions I’ve had on forms to complete.The general demeanor of customer service has been more like: “this is straight forward” and you should know how to fill this out without clear instructions.I’d suggest that you pre fill any known forms as much as possible to avoid churning between customers and agents going back and forth. This is how I’ve seen other professional forms be handled so the customer can simply sign the dotted line.Overall a good experience but I’ve had added friction in a small volume of interactions that could easily have been avoided.
