Terrible Customer Service and Product Delivery - Recommend Chewy Instead"I ordered freeze-dried dog food on January 9, 2020.The Petwarehouse website and payment confirmation receipt I received clearly stated that orders received before 3:00p are processed same day.I received an email that said my order was processed the same day. (side note...because the food was freeze-dried my shipping costs were over $30 for next day delivery).I called and emailed after 7 days, 10 days, 14 days without delivery...and NEVER received a response.It took them 19 days to overnight food to me.Oddly, it was literally the evening of the 19th day when I called them again that my order was shipped.On Feb 7 I received an email from them asking if I'd received my order that was "PLACED" on January 28th.They had no problem processing my credit card immediately and then it took them nearly 3 weeks to overnight my order.If you are shopping online...use Chewy or some other reputable and dependable company. (Still have never received a response from them as to what happened, or why it took nearly 3 weeks to ship me my overnighted product)"
