Amazing!!!
Dr. Lauren Kleurs is AMAZING!!! I never planned to have my cats ESA certified but in my area, they have a 2 cat maximum and I have 4. I loved how she started the interaction, let me know I could share as much information as I wanted, but more importantly, genuinely cared about my cats and how they help me. The process was very fast and my new rental approved my application. Highly recommend!

I renewed my ESA letter with the same therapist. I received it in about 48 hrs. I recommend this service to anyone in need of an ESA letter. My fur baby gives me strength to get through the hard days, so the least I can do is make sure all his paperwork is in order.

The entire process was fast and easy, with one exception. I would recommend to anyone needing an ESA letter.Pros: Easy to sign up online. Fast availability with clinician. My clinician, Kya Miller, was prompt and polite.Cons: During signup on the website, it is unlcear that the value bundle is $135 plus the monthly fee; I had to ask several representatives before I could get a straight answer.

The PROS of rescheduling
My appointments kept getting rescheduled at the time my appointment was supposed to start. They offered a 3rd reschedule and I requested a refund. All they had to say was sorry for my troubles. I took time off work for them to pull the same bs TWICE!

very expensive but worth every cent!
very expensive but worth it because you only have to pay for it one time and then you don’t have to keep paying the pet rent and pet deposit. they were going to charge me a $500 pet deposit at the apartment and now that is gone thanks to pettable! lots of good perks ! they give you an amazon gift card and offer you access to a 24/7 vet line.
