Easy, but not with the payment.

Was easy to navigate and order, however it defaulted to my charge card and tried to auto enroll in a subscription. I wanted to pay via PayPal. Not to straight forward on the payment.

Trying everything

It’s really hard to say as it has only been 2 1/2 weeks. She moves better and I think there is less itching ( nights are much better). The spots are healing. I am giving a smaller dose of Dasuquin and her antihistamine and treating hot spots with coconut oil along with it. She goes crazy for a bit when she wakes up— try to distract her with food. I am hoping for the best.

Too Soon To Judge

At first i had a misunderstanding about getting a discount code that was rejected at checkout. It turns out that those codes are only for one- time purchases, whereas the subscription plans do not require the code to get a deeper discount.My cavalier spaniel- poodle mix took the fist chew, but turned his nose away from the second. Will buy a can of soft cheese to cover the chews, and try again.

Website was a bit confusing

Website was a bit confusing. First it showed a new product, one that actually interested me - the new itch and allergy supplement. When I went to my subscriptions I removed the old itch product. I was asked if I wanted to replace it with something else, which I did, but the new product did not show up in the options. So I had to order it separately, so I will not be getting all products I order at the same time, at least initially. Maybe I can synchronize them eventually.

I receive this response with no opportunity to respond: Richard,I am personally reviewing your order. The tracking shows it was delivered, but you are indicating it never arrived?Regarding customer service, all inquiries are responded to the same day when received during business hours or shortly after if received after hours. After checking our ticket system, I see zero support tickets from you. This 1-star review is the first notification we have received regarding the carrier issue. So not sure how our service is "Really Bad" when you didnt gave us any opportunity to resolve. Please let me know what we could have done differently? The proper support channels were not used that are located conveniently on our site. You can also respond to the order confirmation emails you received.As for your order, we will issue a refund at the end of the week if it does not show up, as USPS often corrects delivery errors or a neighbor that received it will drop off. If it doesnt turn up by late Saturday, reply to this review.ChrisFounderYou did not follow my shipping address but found an old address throough your "SHIP" extra service charge. I reached out and spoke to a gentleman and order was replaced so you are not keeping tabs on your customer contacts! I ordered a three month supply that you are now trying to ship monthly charging me. Before you attack your customers check your facts Chris! I'm surprised you got this far Chris.Response from Chris received. I did enter correct address and your SHIPT system pulled up old address prior to your shipping. You did not catch this. I called and spoke with one of your associates who saw the mistake on your end and corrected by reshipping product. You are now trying to ship a three month supply to me on a monthly basis. WHY? Get a clue please. You can argue and attack all you want Chris, we see it done on TV right Chris? Acceptable?? It is not. GROW UP AND CLAIM YOUR ERROR. Sadly this product seemed to work but can not deal with this company.

No subscription needed

Okay, Bandit, our border collie mix, has been on your anti itch chews for over a year I believe and is doing very well. I am not a subscription person and was able to get a three month supply without that. Any difficulties are easily addressed with the staff.

Finally, zero itching!!

Like many other reviews, Dogg was from the streets and came with severe itching. I tried many products but this Itch gummy has been the only success story! We will continue the treatment and thank God for the meds!

I ordered this product as a one-time test you change that into a subscription I tried multiple times to cancel the order to know avail today I get a notice that it has shipped please cancel any future shipments and I will be in touch with you for a refund
