I just received a dog -carrying sling for my small 5 kg bichon frise, advertised as for dogs up to 10 kg. It would fit a guinea pig! Absolutely not my little dog! However, I cannot return it as I am told I have to send it to the USA from the UK. Obviously, the cost would far exceed the value. Very annoying….
They never shipped my order. They would not respond to calls or emails. Had to file a dispute with the bank to get my money back. Scam company.
Ordered $830 piece from them. Cancelled order on line as no response to emails and no phone number on site. Checked with their supplier and they never received order from this company. Asked for refund Apr 18 25, received no response. They have a small store listed in Frisco Texas, and show owners as in Texas Florida and CA. Total rip internet rip off. DO NOT USE.
Ordered a grooming table in May, it is July 21. I have emailed I have tried to call and no one answers. Do not order from this company.! I am sick to my stomach that I lost $1800! For an electric grooming table! DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible, I bough supplies for my business on June 2nd 2025, they just got my money, nothing has been sent, the phone number doesn’t exist. No answer from any emails. No updates anything. Don’t buy anything to this business!!!

Yet they took my money $1,112.68 Then after a dozen emails I never received a single reply. The phone number on the website does not work. This website is a 100% Scam. Wrong product sentCustomer Service is non-existentAll Links on the Pet's Choice website are garbage.I ordered a Hale Pet Door replacement flap kit and received the wrong size. The purchased also included a "Order Protection" fee, which I paid.I submitted a claim through the "Order Protection" Link and have not heard back from "Pet's Choice Supply". Its been over two weeks.I tried to contact them through their Contact Us Form and again I've had no response.Pet's Choice does not provide a phone number on their website at which I can call. If they had responded the rating of their company may have been better, but I can not in good conscience give them anything better and i would have given them a Zero if i could.
Had it 4 months and the door bent on the main structure after welds broke. Dog weighs 65lbs and isn't unusual in any way.
