I needed to exchange filters. Followed the instructions on the website; e-mailed them twice. Have not heard from them. TERRIBLE customer service! If I could give zero stars, I would. Definitely will NOT be purchasing from them in the future.
Would give a 0 if I could. Do not buy from this company. I purchased 3 Air Purifiers from Amazon and they are all defective. Amazon won’t help and PetNF will not answer any emails.
This is a joke. I was about to buy the portable water bottle for dogs for a fair price, then I checked how much the shipping was... it told me “international shipping: $10,000.... they wanted me to pay 10 thousand dollars FOR THE SHIPPING
