We have the Pet Marvel Smart Cat Toilet C1. We’ve had the litter box for 5 months and never had any problems with it, until suddenly the app indicated that the waste bin was full. However, that was not the case. After a lot of troubleshooting and taking the device apart, I discovered that the issue is with the sensors that detect whether the waste drawer is full or not.In the meantime, I have sent several emails to Pet Marvel, but communication has been difficult. We haven’t been able to use the litter box for 2 weeks now. It’s really disappointing, because we were very happy with it at first, but not anymore.

The box hardly worked, always got stuck and the app never worked. i fought hard to get my money back, they only refunded me a portion and the box was taken to the dump

Originally I ordered from Amazon but went directly to the source…Pet Marvel. They were very helpful and I was able to get my dog fountain pump and filters through them. Shipping was fast and arrived in the nick of time

I ordered 2 filters for my Pet Marvel. Found out, only after I sent inquiring email that one of them is out of stock in the US. I need to wait 2 months to receive these filters. And I am concerned that if I dont care for the fountains properly, they are not worth having.

GREAT water fountain!!
I LOVE my rechargeable water fountain. I have had other brands before, and I will have to say that this one by far has been the best and my favorite. Easy to clean, easy to fill and easy to change the filter.

It was a nightmare dealing with this company. It took almost 2 months for me to receive the replacement pump because the 1st one went bad & then I received it broken. I don’t know if it broke during shipping or what happened to it. Unfortunately, I will not buy from them again. The water drinking fountain itself is a good product.
