Price Change without warning.
I used to pay $37.96 on my subscription. I got charged $43.37 on 2/4/2036. No warning. Please check back on my charges.

Once again you have charged me for 2 and only sent 1. This is the second time you have charged my acct this way. If this happens once more I will cancel my subscription with your company. I would like a refund for the 75.75 that I was charged

Good products but Incompetent Customer Service!
You cancelled my order so I had to replace it and reorder. Then I called your customer service twice and waited 23 mins with no answer. I tried to change another separate subscription but you cancelled my new order instead. A huge hassle and time spent to get this straightened out and the only reason it was fixed is because I had to start a whole new order instead. This is not the first time I have had similar issues. I love your products but your customer service can be significantly improved.

Your customer service is non existent. I emailed you guys numerous times about charging my card and sending me things I didn’t authorize and I have yet to get a response. Never will I buy anything from you guys again

I am very very upset with the customer service this company provides! It is so hard to talk with someone! I need a refund because the package came dog took one dose and still passed on! So I am requesting a full refund and no one will email back!
