Yoga w/ Peter Lyons

I've been following and practicing with Peter Lyons before the pandemic happened while he was a teacher in Y7. His classes always moved with purpose and drive, outside of the physical practice. His energy is out of this world. His classes definitely challenged the body and mind but were fluid, clear, and most of all fun. His classes are welcoming for all levels of yogis or anyone just getting into yoga. He offers more than just advanced style classes. I'm honored to have this man as not only my teacher but my good friend.

Peter is a wonderful human and cares…

Peter is a wonderful human and cares about the well being of everyone. He has helped me recover from pain in my body through his virtual yin yoga classes and empower yoga classes. I recommend him to anyone since he is highly skilled in coaching the most inflexible to very advanced. With consistent practice in a relatively short period of time I have increased my flexibility and I feel amazing in my body.

Peter Lyons: One-of-a-kind yoga teacher + human

I cannot speak highly enough about Peter. He is a one-of-a-kind yoga teacher and human who is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the practice but shows genuine care and support for all of his students. He is methodic and detail-oriented with an insane ability to cue the tiniest body adjustments even over a class on Zoom. He leads with positivity, empathy, generosity and a pure love for yoga and the community he's built around him. I've grown so much in the 6 months of daily practice because of the strength and positivity he's helped me build from within. You won't regret taking his classes and experiencing it for yourself.
