I loved the options for backgrounds and the artwork definitely captured my dogs character. Had some issues with shipping but that had nothing to do with pet creations. The customer service department was very helpful and professional Aleksander I believe his name was. I’ve ordered 2 portraits from them and will for sure recommend to anyone I know that has a dog or cat.
The picture turned out even better than I expected. They were so kind and patient through the process as I changed my mind on features. If you are towards just the digital art or are hesitant about the actual light box- do the light box 100 out of 10 recommend. It’s silly but after my pup died. I feel like I get to say good morning to her every morning when I turn it off and good night when it goes off.
I ordered the picture for my brother who lost his dog 2 days before the dog was going to turn 17. The picture captured Cody perfectly and I am so happy with it.
Less than one star . Was not good and the purchase was misleading as I only received a digital photo. I never would have paid that much for a digital AI photo. I could have done that myself . I thought I was getting a canvas framed photo
Absolute scam of a company, they charged me 59.99 for what said was a lighted art box. I approved that artwork and the after that I received nothing for months. I reached out via email and they said I had only ordered a digital print meanwhile my order literally days thay I ordered the lighted box. They. Continue to argue saying I only ordered a digital print for 59.99 which was probably made on chat gpt.. Horrible scam of a company.
The artwork of my girlfriends cat came out perfectly and she loved it. Had to make an adjustment to it at first, but the support and artist did it with no issuesthank you

I loved the drawing itself but the image of my 3 dogs was placed very low on the frame, making for a mostly empty frame. The product lights up properly but it’s too expensive for how small the image ended up being. 😢

I'm so delighted with my two canvas prints and mug of my dogs. The quality is wonderful and the artwork captured them perfectly. I can't wait to order more for all my other pets!
Although their customer service is very kind and responsive and their artists quickly make any updates you request, I ordered a "Custom Cartoon Art Wrapped Pet Canvas" × 1. All I received was a digital file and they then wanted me to order the canvas. They stated that "Custom Cartoon Art Wrapped Pet Canvas" is the name of the company and not actually what I ordered. I don't have the funds to then order a canvas when that is what I ordered on the site. Very Disappointed and left with out a gift to give.
USPS delivered the package to the incorrect location. Not Pet Creations fault at all. Aleksander helped root cause the mis-shipment and provided confirmation that a new order will be sent as a replacement. This was a birthday gift for a loved one that was highly anticipated. They will be thrilled to finally have this even though it was a bit delayed.
Order PCA65490 that was placed on December 2, has still not shipped. Trying to understand your busy season you continued to advertise through December 13th that order for Christmas Delivery. This is obviously not correct advertising some might even refer to it as false. FRUSTRATED AND WAITING.

Awfull experience, bad service and long waiting timeI ordered a package with 2 dogs on black friday.First picture was 2 dogs identical to each other, even though I provided 3 pictures and specific details. - Which is okay at that moment, we need the reviews for that, but it seemed like lazy.I send in my review and again I am very specific about the dogs, their names and how to distinguish them.Then out of nothing they switch their names around (and each review is like 2 - 3 business days).At this point I'm kind a annoyed. But it happens. 2 business days more after the review and they changed absolutley nothing.Its now 11th december, i just sent in my 4th review (twice for changing the names) and I lost all hope of getting this christmas gift now.Having the audacity to read a review and not change a thing is stunningly stupid and i left a formal complain and most likely I will cancel my order.I like the company, what they do, what they stand for. But I have never had this much of a horrible experience with a company.5th review and they still haven't read the changes for the picture.over 7 days waiting time for answers for both support and creatives. - Took them 7 days to change 2 names on a picture. Real fast.
