I ordered a bark controller for the dogs over a month ago, haven't seen it yet as it is still stuck at customs waiting for an import entry. Almost a month now and still no sign of my purchase!I wish I had read the reviews for this website before I brought something. They obviously just dropship their stuff.

Your toys are expensive, over 50 dollars which would be fine if they worked. Try and get a refund is comparable to asking the sun not to shine.The batteries are soo cheap and are not designed for constant charging.Absolute rubbish. I suspect my review will be deleted.
Don’t waste money if you have wood peckers, cardinals, cow birds, black birds, crackles, boat tails, or ANY birds that have a beak. The rubber feeder ports wear out. The bird food pours out of the worn ports when filling and excessive waste when birds feed. Perky-pets offers no replacement parts and offer ZERO help if no receipt, or proof of purchase. It was a gift. It is beautiful and squirrel proof at first. Id port picture if I could.
The flappy fish arrived and my Labrador puppy was very gentle with it but with in 10 minutes he had chewed a hole and part of the mechanism was poking out. The company refused a full refund because it was a used item. The charger had a no charging port and the company would not replace the faulty part!A complete waste of money.
