We have been working with Pell for over a year now upgrading a mission critical legacy software program. Martin and his team are fantastic. The programmers assigned to our project are very knowledgeable and quick to turn out work. All the team members are great communicators and easy to work with. They understand when we have issues, it disrupts our business, and they are very responsive when we need fixes. We expect to continue to upgrade and add to this software, and we plan to stick with Pell to do that. We highly recommend them.
Worked with two different members of the team on high priority sync project - they were super knowledgeable and knocked it out extremely efficiently bringing a depth of knowledge of our ERP and available fields we weren't even aware could be sent over to the new product we were linking up to - we have continued to brainstorm with them on this and are looking forward to using them on future products as well.
