First time using this company for fresh…
First time using this company for fresh roasted coffee beans. The service was first class. Quick turn around and beans received within 2 days of roasting. I had a sample box of 6 medium roasted varieties. The difference with the fresh roast is incredible and finally allows my machine to shine! The box came with a summary of each bean type and background and added to the whole experience that bean to cup should bring. I’ve had one cup so far and am looking forward to discovering the rest of the box!

Great tasting selection and fantastic service
1st thing to point out is how helpful Dave has been. I have a serious nut allergy and had been emailing around to find a company that does not have a cross contamination issue. Dave admitted he was the only nut on site. I wanted a selection of beans for my new machine which again Dave pointed me in the right direction with a selection box. 6 different beans in 200gram packages, I ordered on the 19th September, the beans got roasted on the 21st September and arrived on the 23rd September. Just opened pack number 3 this morning and so far they are all amazing. It is going to be a struggle to choose a favourite going forward.

I was looking for some coffee to buy as a gift for my son who is a bit of a coffee connoisseur, i found pebble & pine through an internet search and liked the fact they they were actually contactable not just a “contact us form” so i decided to order the selection pack and i am SO pleased i did. Great service, my son is over the moon and commented that the beans are some of the best he’s tasted and that the flavour notes are spot on (this means nothing to me lol but believe me when i say my son is a coffee snob). After researching seemingly endless coffee subscriptions, due to price and bag size, I chose Pebble and Pine for a year's subscription as a gift.This company offers a modest but very skillfully chosen range, with each bag roasted to order.The recipient was delighted with every single one of them, saying the roast was superb and freshness amazing, quality outstanding, taste delicious. The customer service is excellent, seriously great. I contacted them in advance of placing my order with some requests, which were agreed to immediately, and when the time came for the first installment, were fulfilled perfectly.Poor Dave had almost monthly messages from me querying and questioning (not due to complaints about bad service or problem with the product) which were always responded to promptly, politely and effectively. Sorry/thanks! Pebble and Pine was recently a recipient of an award; really well deserved, and I hope that it is the first of many. Thank you Dave, old bean, from myself and J-B.

I've been buying coffee from Pebble and Pine for say 3 months now. After New Year there was a mix up with a delivery, inevitable and it happens sometimes, but Dave absolutely knocked it out of the park putting the order right, going well above an beyond.Couldn't recommend them enough. Superb product too!

Excellent coffee, great service
Recently bought 4 x 450g bags of freshly roasted beans from this company. They delivered very promptly with the merchandise well packaged in labelled, valved, resealable dual walled bags. Rosted-on date was stamped on each bag. The quality of the coffee was excellent. The Kenyan Honey bush and the Costa Rican La Falda beans stood out in particular. I will definitely buy again from P&P and recommend them without reservation.
