This is an important review, because these guys will use the same two tactics. 1) They will look up Ebay sold & completed for the item, and proceed to find the cheapest ones that have sold, I have an item which is actively selling for $349 to $401 on Ebay, but they showed me a post with $150 sale, on a seriously worn down product that is visibly dented and has a bent piece. 2) They will blame Canada market & US tariffs. Always say the Canada market is bad and that they also have to sell on Ebay. Honestly, pretty bad experience after hearing they were reasonable.

I bought a pair of Turtle Beach 700 Gen 3 for $ 70. I wasn’t totally sure of the condition, new or used, from the website. I know that they normally retail for around $ 150, so I was a little skeptical. When the package arrived, I picked it up and thought this is super light for what should be in the box. I opened it, and there were Turtle Beach headphones but not what I ordered or was expecting. I looked up the model, and they are $ 500. I called the support number on the site. The guy who answered was helpful and told me that they hired a new guy, and lots of orders got mixed up or wrong. It’s been sent, and he offered a full refund with no need to return the item. Customer service was OK, but I will just pay the full retail price next time and not be cheap :)

First of all, the Anaheim location had the "hard to find" Canon lens I've always wanted. The employee, Jorge, was very pleasant to work with, and very helpful in taking in my trade. He was able to work a nice deal for me on the lens. It appeared to be very busying at the time, but Jorge was very patient and helpful in answering all my questions.
