Be extremely cautious before signing with PayLease. Despite a $0 monthly account fee and no minimum usage requirement, PayLease attempted to charge me a $13,676.38 termination fee after my usage declined—even though I fulfilled the initial contract term and did not breach the agreement.Proceed with caution and read the termination language carefully.
Their website sucks. I’m just trying to pay my lease. I can’t get on their very ridiculous website. I hate this app and this website with a passion. Get it together, fools.
This company is hysterical! OMG they must have studied under the Apple Customer Care Service program of "What Can We Do For You Today Karen" if you're irritated by them. Say one bad thing about them to their staff over the phone and they hang up on you. Sorry, um Paylease slash Zego, but the only reason you have a company is that property management groups have customers who pay your fees. That would be me and thousands of others.If your staff knew how to do (their jobs) something Sooooooo simple you wouldn't have irritated residents like me calling. As a former CEO of a fortune 500 company and someone who ran a division at Apple I can tell you without hesitation that you are doing wrong by your staff and your customers by not training them better.I can tell that you're probably a collection agency as well. Because that's how you treat customers. Like ****!Try harder next time. And don't hang up on customers because you simply got called out on your horrible customer service.
