Beware of PawChamp’s billing practices and monitor your monthly renewals closely—they are not helpful when it comes to refunds. Their business model seems to rely on customers forgetting about the subscription and auto-renewal.We lost our puppy about a month after signing up and unfortunately forgot to cancel the auto-renewal. When I finally noticed several months later, customer service offered no meaningful help. They said they were “unable” to refund the hundreds of dollars charged, and instead offered 30 free days of service—which is useless since we no longer have a dog.Proceed with caution when signing up, and be sure to cancel promptly if you decide the service isn’t worth the price for the quality of training provided.

I found that I had an issue with this company but I contacted their support team. After many emails back and forth expressing my feelings in a loving way, I finally received a surprising one which gave me tons of joy. The issue was resolved. At the end the team made me feel as though I was part of their family... How nice!

Unhappy that an initial ‘one off’ course purchase is registered on PayPal as an introductory Trial Period followed by a Monthly Subscription. I definitely did not sign up for an ongoing subscription and have emailed Paw Champ to cancel this with immediate effect!Just added an extra star as Paw Champ responded immediately and cancelled the ongoing subscription. Still disappointed - also with the trial course which seemed very generic and didn't take into account much of the information provided about my dog.
