More then ten years experience
Over more then ten years, I have worked with two Pavlus agents, currently with Mandy. Both have been superb in finding the best deals and the most perks. Mandy had been an excellent liaison between us and the cruise lines and promptly responds to my frequent calls.This company is everything we could hope for in a travel agency.

We have used Pavlus Travel for over 10…
We have used Pavlus Travel for over 10 years. I have to say that something has changed at this agency. Calls use to be returned and service was fairly good.Most recently we had to wait 3 days for a return call. That is not acceptable when waiting for an answer to a question that would allow us to book a 10 day River Cruise. We also were introducing them to two new clients.Time to move to a different travel agency.

Great Discount
The only service I use is the discount. However, some representatives in the past have not been around to answer questions. I have a new rep now and she has been great! I only wish that she would have been able to get me a couple of Casino perks! I first used Pavlus in 1984 and continued until present.

Pavlus and my agent Taylor are the BEST
Pavlus and my agent Taylor are the BEST!!! We use them all the time and always get the best price and customer service. She answers the phone and replies to emails without bugging her over and over. This is how working with a travel agent should be. I've used different paople over the years, all over the internet. Many are fine but Pavlus is the best.

Totally disappointed
I have been a regular customer for about 10 years. My first advisor Serena was wonderful. She left and they gave me a new one who has been adequate but this last trip Pavlus blew it. They misspelled my husband’s name on the airline ticket and when I notified her she and the air team told me to get to airport early because they couldn’t fix it. I went over their heads and notified guest services. It was fixed in under 24 hours. I don’t know if it was ineptitude or laziness but I was going to spend almost $20,000 on a vacation. She did call to apologize and told me a manager would call. I’m still waiting on that call. I need a new travel partner.

Pavlus is our go-to travel agency
Pavlus is our go-to travel agency, having used several others in the 50+ years we've been traveling. We've been with Pavlus for about 10 years to book our cruises. The service and responsiveness to questions have been excellent. Best of all, Pavlus issues a partial refund check on the cost of each cruise, which is in addition to any discounts the cruise lines may offer. I know of no other travel agency that does this.

Top-notch cruise agency
I’ve used Pavlus Travel and Fia Bauer for quite a few years. They’ve always been helpful, searching for best itineraries, best prices, and best cruise lines. I’m sure that through the years we’ve booked at least a dozen or more cruises with Pavlus.When we recently had a problem with a cruise we had taken around Ireland on Oceania, Oceania wasn’t being particularly generous in compensating us for the problem. Craig Pavlus and Fia Bauer offered to give us financial compensation, which we declined as it wasn’t Pavlus’s fault, it was Oceania’s fault.They are a top-notch company and I highly recommend them!

Our first Reagent Seven Seas Cruise
Agents Annette and Shari were very helpful and got us a fabulous deal.They work with multiple cruise lines and tour companies.Don't be afraid to use them if you feel you are far from New Mexico. We live on the west coast and met people from the east coast that used them...If you use them mention this review...and my name if you are able to see it....

Fantastic travel agency.
All of my interactions with Pavlus have been extremely positive. They have a large team that is able to assist with any of my travel questions. Whether it is booking a cruise, a safari, hotels, airfare, group bookings or answering any of my travel related questions, they are there in a timely manner.
