PartyGlowz was quick to respond to questions I had, quick to ship, and a great product. We ordered 35 light up red cowboy hats for a 40th (ruby red) Anniversary party for the women and the men had a great time wearing them also. So many fun pictures and people that were not with us were loving them and commenting!!
The product I ordered was out of stock, so they emailed me to let me know they were going to send me the upgraded version instead at no additional cost. I had ordered the same item from two other companies, who were both also out of stock but had just emailed to let me know they cancelled my order. It was such a relief to get the email about the upgraded items and to know that I wouldn't have to go searching for a fourth time! I was starting to run into a serious time crunch with the wedding the order was for. It's the little things sometimes and this honestly made my day! We've used Party Glowz many times and they've always been so easy to work with and ship quickly. I should've just ordered from them to begin with! Won't make that mistake again!

We loved the Party Hats, they were a big hit at my daughter's wedding! We ordered 60 hats and 2 of them did not work. But the majority worked very well. We had fun dancing with them! Exceptional customer service i got 2 replacement hats delivered to be on time i recommend buying from partyglowz!!!

Shipment was missing half of the items. Was not able to get either the missing items or a refund, even after months of having to email asking for one or the other to be sent, instead I would just be given a generic reply and then not hear anything.
Very happy with my purchase . I bought the 12 sequin lighted cowboy hats for my daughter’s wedding. They were a big hit! Every hat stay lighted for more than 3 hours. I wish I had bought more.Thank you!Teresa

We ordered a product described as "Crystal skull mug glasses" – come to find they have since changed the product photo and they are cheap plastic. The company is refusing to accept the return at full refund and denying that their description is misleading – and not acknowledging the change in product photography. Obviously, they are aware of the issue, but deal in deceiving customers – BUYER BEWARE.

The items I ordered were out of stock and the company offered me a replacement (at the same price point), however, when the replacements arrived they were 1/3 the size of the original product (3.5" birthday button originally ordered, received a 1" birthday button replacement) and one was broken. Although it is against their policy the company did refund my purchase. I appreciate the communication regarding the out of stock items and the offer to replace what I ordered with the other items. I also appreciate the company refunding my money for the items that I felt were not equivalent in value.
I ordered some custom hats from them a big order for an event and was very worries if these guys will be able to meet delivery deadline I got the order before time and I am happy with partyglowz.
