I contacted Partshaus as I urgently needed a reflector for my audi A4. I had already bought one from ebay which was wrong. The car was is due to be sold at the weekend so I need the part fast! I contacted Partshaus as a last resort as I was struggling to find the right part. My online enquiry was responded to within 30 mins, they checked it was the right part and Rach ensured it was posted the same day despite being past their 3pm cut off. I received the part the next day! This has given me enough time to replace the part and saved me hundreds on the part x price! Thanks Partshaus and Rach!

I ordered a set of front brake pads for my Mk6 Volkswagen Jetta mid afternoon. After obtaining my registration number, Jay confirmed that he had the pads in stock and double checked that they were for my specific vehicle, before concluding the sale. Jay offered me advice on a few other products which I enquired about and then directed me to the website to place my order and make payment.The brake pads arrived with me in Cumbernauld next morning, well packaged, undamaged and as described. You couldn't ask for any better delivery service than that. The service I received was exceptional, and the patience Jay exhibited throughout my phonecall was exemplary. This was the first time that I had used Partshaus and on this exemplary experience will use them again.Highly recommended.
