Dr Ellen was great! She listened and answered my questions offering structured advice, she has really put my mind at rest as I have become increasingly concerned about my elderly dog who has repeated bouts of giardia infection. Dr. Maja Platisa was incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate in helping me understand my cat’s complex gastrointestinal issues. She took the time to carefully review my cat’s history, explain the possible causes in a way that actually made sense, and outline a clear, logical plan instead of rushing or dismissing my concerns. I really appreciated how detailed and structured her recommendations were, and how she balanced medical caution with practical, realistic advice. It was very reassuring to speak with a vet who is clearly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in the patient’s well-being. I left the appointment feeling much more informed and confident about how to help my cat. Highly recommend.

PangoVet is a wonderful resource
I love PangoVet. This was the third time I need the advice of PangoVet. Dr Maja Platisa helped me to be more relax when caring for my 13 year old rescue cat. I have had Sammi for one year and she is just now relaxing and becoming more trusting around us. I have trouble at times because Sammi has an overactive thyroid and doesn't all want to take her meds (she can be a picky eater) and needs to take gabapentin before vet visits. I worry about her weight and trimming her nails. Dr Platisa suggested I focus more on getting het to take her thyroid med and let the vet worry about her weight and nails. This helped a lot as Sammi will get into the carrier for me to go to the vet, so that's half the battle. I would highly recommend PangoVet. The best thing is; it is only a phone call away. I highly recommend PangoVet to anyone looking for convenient, professional veterinary care. This was a non-emergency visit, and Dr. Cuevas was incredibly kind, understanding, and informative throughout the appointment. Dr. Cuevas took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident in the care plan. Excellent service from start to finish. I even reached out to the email she sent regarding our meeting!!

Diabetic cat diagnosis made manageable…
My 8 year old male cat was diagnosed with diabetes and there is much to digest about managing that at home. Dr. Maja was very knowledgeable and thorough and gave me confidence that I can do this. Her advice was just what I needed. Her follow up was brilliant and it was a pleasure speaking with her.

Helpful second opinion
My cat had an aural hematoma and I was told should probably get surgery. Dr. Paolo Cuevas was helpful in that she confirmed the vets opinion and told me it was the best course of action,

I'd highly recommend PangoVet to pet parents who are looking for an appointment from the comfort of their home, with a qualified veterinerian for their pet. I grew very concerned yesterday, upon noticing that my recently adopted cat is squinting in his left eye. As I read about the potential for serious issues that could develop if cats' eye conditions are left unexamined, I anxiously searched online for a quick check-up. Thankfully, I found PangoVet right away and was able to have a virtual consultation with a qualified veterinarian. She listened to my descriptions of his eye-related symptoms and about his existing health condition, examined his eye, and gave me solid professional advice on how to continue to care for him. I could tell that she really cared, and the visit put my anxieties about him at ease.

Absolutely amazing experience!
Absolutely amazing experience!! I was very nervous about my kitten being ill and I was soothed by this zoom call. it’s very worth the money! I am so glad this service was recommended to me so that I didn’t immediately have to spend hundreds of dollars at an emergency vet.

Dr. Cuevas’s animal’s Guardian Angel
Dr. Paola Cuevas was exceptionally patient, attentive, and understanding while I was explaining my concerns, fears and worries about our cat, Tiger. She explained, very clearly and thoroughly, exactly what was causing Tiger to excessively groom herself. She didn’t speak over me, answered every single question, and advised us of what we needed to do to help Tiger.We’ve ordered the items that Dr. Cuevas suggested in order to help Tiger. Thank you, Dr. Cuevas, for easing our fears, worries and concerns about Tiger.
