The One to Go With
After at least half a dozen quotes and a ton of market research, I can say with certainty that I’m glad we landed on Pacific Air to replace our entire home HVAC system. The whole team was incredibly professional and courteous. Our project manager, Cesar, was always quick to respond, informative, and honest. He made us feel comfortable from the moment he stepped into our home. After some consideration, we opted for some upgrades to our current set up and don’t regret it. The pricing was fair and beat out few other quotes for higher quality equipment. The installation teams were always on time, friendly, and very respectful of our needs and urgent timing (the baby was due just a week after the install started). I have to give a huge shout out to The following people:Cesar, Henry, Abel, Miguel Jose, Pedro, and Jedi. The whole company was incredible to work with.

Competitive rates and job very well done
Sam arrived on time for the estimate and spent 45 minutes inspecting the needed work. Pacific Air's estimates are free and are very thorough. After I approved the estimate, 2 guys came in to do the actual work. They completed the job in a timely manner and were professional the entire time. They kept me informed as they progressed during the day. Complete work was impeccable! I will use them again and again!

Hello, I havenot hired pacific air for mini split AC install but Sam was on time and patiently went over all the details and gave me an estimate. I’m hoping the service installation would be as smooth as well too

Smooth, professional team
The entire team was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. Mark provided multiple options to select from based on our needs with separate line items for costs. That was very helpful in deciding correct option for us. Brayan and the whole crew arrived on time, finished their work and did complete cleanup before leaving. In all, a smooth and professipnal experience.

overall good experience
We recently had some rodent problem and contacted pacific air to fix it. I worked with Sam and Edel. They explained the process in detail and communicated throughout the process. We just got it done, so can’t say that the rodent issue is gone, but I liked the overall experience so far and would definitely recommend them.

Technician Sam, thorough appraisal
Technician Sam showed in the window (and good communication on when in the window he would arrive). Did a thorough inspection under and around our house. He asked a lot of questions which was a welcome change from others who just come in a give a quick look and give you a big estimate. When I asked about a veteran discount, he was quick to let me know that they do offer that and changed the estimate to reflect that.

Professional and Knowledgeable
The technician,Sam, was very polite, professional and did not come with a “sales pitch” like other rodent proofing companies sometimes do, making me therefore more inclined to choose pacific air for our needs. The service was fast, thorough and I appreciated that attention was paid to masking since we are still amidst a pandemic.

The Geunine and affordable one

Called PacificAirUSA to schedule a air ducts cleaning for our heating ducts, the ducts haven’t been cleaned for about 9 years.Fast response from the office and a lot of valuable information about our needed service.The technician came on time and answer all our questions while doing a great job cleaning the heating ducts.Highly recommended!

We had our air ducts cleaned by 2 wonderful gentleman the other day. They went above and beyond to help us, walk us through what they saw and did some rodent extraction. They were polite, professional, quick and thorough. We had one of them back out the next day to complete a dryer vent cleaning, and he was great the second time as well. We were very satisfied with our service. Highly recommend.
